iLoveKickboxing - North Haven, CT

I love ILKB North Haven! It’s such an amazing and fun workout. The coaches and members are so nice, encouraging, and always make me feel welcome. There are fun theme nights every month and contests to get you motivated.

I started at ILKB back in June and have loved it!! All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. There are programs and contests every month to motivate you to keep going. There are also theme nights!! I have seen and felt a difference in my body since I started. I would 100% recommend ILKB to everyone.

I'm in love with the ILKB (North Haven) crew. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They truly motivate you to give your best each and every class and they inspire you to never give up on yourself and your progress. ILKB is an amazing place to go and not only get in a great workout but also a great place to come together with such an uplifting group of people. The staff and members are all amazing! I have been going to ILKB north haven for almost 2 years and have always been happy with my experience. The team there encourage a culture of positivity and self growth. Every class is a little different so you’re never bored and always having fun.

I recently moved to Connecticut and had a change in my career. This change allowed me to focus on myself. I decided to tryout ILovekickboxing. It was the best decision. After that first workout, although I thought I was going to die, I knew I HAD to keep going back. It’s been a little over a month and I’ve been consistently going 3 days a week. The coaches + members are so positive, motivating, and they make it so fun! I would go every single day if I had the stamina (someday soon!)

Best hour of your day! Not only is the workout fast paced and fun but the staff is amazing. Feel like you have a move wrong, don’t worry they will give you pointers. Having a hard time getting motivated, don’t worry they have that covered too! Each coach brings a little something special to class so, it really doesn’t matter which time you go or who you get your bound to have a great time! ❣️

I’m just completing my sixth month with ILKB. Although I haven’t dropped a lot of weight…yet…I know I am building muscle. I can see the results: my clothes fit better and are getting loose, I am getting compliments, but most of all, I have increased my strength and self-confidence. The coaches and members of “the Tribe” are all so motivating and friendly! The workout is always different and am getting a complete body workout. I’m 54 years old and this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done—and I LOVE IT!

I stumbled upon iLoveKickboxing and couldn’t resist trying a new workout experience that had to be better than the elliptical/treadmill monotony and better than spin...and for that intro price with the gloves included, how could I not give it a go?! ILKB did not fail to deliver. From day 1 I was hooked. I strive to go to at least 4 classes per week with the occasional double thrown into the mix. I’m a month in and still loving it. It is the only regular workout regime that I have been able to stick to since growing up as a competitive swimmer. ILKB North Haven is fun, the instructors are great and extremely helpful and the members are all so nice. If you’re reading this and you have been thinking about starting a new workout regime and are looking for something fun, look no further! You have found your next fun workout experience!
