This Facility never has Management there on-site to address the issues in it. You try to get in touch with Corporate "No Reply" at all. The music is way too loud in here to the point when you can't hear your own music in your headphones or whatever listening device you have. 90% of the membership has there own music and they blare there distasteful music like we want to hear it. And let's not talk about the cleanliness. They only clean at night and those nasty bathrooms need attention all day. Try another Facility before you come to this one.

Not happy in the way the Location Manager in Orange conducts business. I informed her that I was overcharged a lot of money and she did not care to do anything about it to make things right. As a result of very poor service and a lack of communication, this gym lost a paying member.

This facility is simple and nice. They have massage machine too, I can wait relaxing with it if i need to wait for my partner or friends.Only one thing I ask them is assuming foreigners visit.

Edge Fitness is a great gym but if you want to cancel the membership they will give you a hard time and you are require to submit Doctor's note. Take this as a consideration before signing up. JS

Two months ago I renewed my membership. One of the male manager there helped me and told me that you got your membership renewed but today I found that he never did it. I made two calls today but he didn’t answer the phone. Then I went there in person. He was not recognizing me either. When I asked him about my renewal, he asked my information, then he checked the computer and told me that I got nothing for you. We didn’t renew your membership. I told him that on that day I came to you , you made me to sign 4 times on the computer pad , and now you telling me that my renewal never happened. He denied and put all the blames on me. I surprised and disappointed. Hence, I canceled my membership today because I couldn’t trust them with my financial institutions. Also very poor customer service. 0 star.

Edge Fitness financial payment system and the staff at the Milford, CT location are a complete joke. Customer service sucks and believe it or not they automatically renew your membership without your permission continuing to charge your account! I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND REPORTED THEM FOR FRAUD WITH MY CREDIT UNION. I WILL NEVER HAVE A MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS WELL!!!!

This place is good. I do like it there, but going there at 7AM and having that horrible music playing at an incredible volume has made me leave early my past 4 sessions cause I can’t hear myself think!! I’ve said something to the employees but I kinda get shrugged off. It makes me not want to go there anymore.

Decent gym with a few solid workers. It seems like the good staff don't last long.I've been asking for weeks to know what the new operation hours would be, but corporate never responds and no one at the desk knows anything.After being part of this gym for last 5 years, I might be calling it quits this summer. The communication has been horrible. I see why people have been leaving this place and joining smaller gyms.

Clean gym for the most part. Cleaning staff is very active and there are plenty of cleaning stations placed throughout. My biggest issue is that people constantly violate mask guidelines here and nothing is done about it. Here we are a year into the pandemic, and customers wear masks inappropriately, not covering their nose and/or mouth, yet staff does nothing. They claim staff goes around to do mask checks, yet I've never seen a single correction being made in the past 7 months I've been coming here. Especially on the treadmills, which are right next to the customer service desk where multiple staff stand. People running wearing masks incorrectly, yet nothing is done. I even witnessed someone wearing no mask at all, but staff did nothing! Sad when this place cares more about your money than safety.

Nice and clean gym with well maintained equipment. Amenities include an area for Women only as well as a theater section to view movies while you're on the treadmill or elliptical, showers saunas and child care. You can also sign up for one if many group classes they offer
