It's cool. You get what you pay for. So if you go in knowing that, you won't be disappointed. In covid times, extra conscientious workers and patrons. Easy to maintain a 6ft distance despite small floor space.

This Planet Fitness is absolutely terrible. My father works out here daily and his locker was broken into, with everything stolen -- wallet, phone & 2 other people had their things stolen too.My dad asked the front desk to call the police and the people working the desk REFUSED to call the police, even though 3 people got their things STOLEN. They tried to sweep this under the rug completely -- fishy right? Why would the front desk not want the authorities to help their patrons recover their stolen goods?Another gym-goer called the cops, and they showed up.The stolen goods totaled over $500 and Planet Fitness didn't help, didn't look at the cameras when we requested (they finally did once the cops came), AND there'd been a ROBBERY the week prior and there was no sign or communication to be cautious of robberies. And there's still no signs warning others of the robbery.I would avoid leaving anything in the lockers at this gym unless you don't mind theft.

A literal dungeon of a gym, completely underground with no windows and sharp hospital-like bright white lights. In the summer it always seems to be humid. There are only two squat racks, yet 50 cardio machines that never seem to be anywhere close to full. There is also nowhere to fill up a waterbottle.

I am absolutely disgusted with how this company has handled their members. I signed up for one year ONLY, and payments stopped in March 2020 as planned. However, this coincided with the pandemic closing and I received NO communication about payments stopping or starting up again. I was charged for October 2020 and found out upon calling that I needed to send a certified letter, which is expensive, to cancel my membership. The other option is to go in to your home location, but I currently live HOURS away. Don't give into their cheap deals, they'll take more of your money than you allow them to. An absolutely despicable company, taking money from the unemployed during a pandemic. The customer service I received when there in-person was honestly creepy and made me uncomfortable, and when I called to get cancellation information the person could hardly put together full sentences resulting in me having to prompt him multiple times to get any helpful information. I never post negative reviews since I know from personal experience how much they impact businesses, but I'm unemployed and having $45 out of my account for their charge and the certified letter is devastating. Shame on you, Planet Fitness.

This planet fitness is pretty efficient. They are clean & have covid measures in place. To be honest, they were always good with keeping cleaning sprays & sanitizer at different stations, so I think all they had to do was fix the social distancing issue which they have. There is a 25 person capacity & so far, people seem pretty conscionable & the wait time isn't too much (at least the day I went). I recommend!

Scarsdale Location: I feel that Planet Fitness is now in a better position than a year or two ago. I don't really know if it's under new management, but the individuals that are working the front desk and the floor are excellent. The bathrooms are much cleaner and the main floor is well attended to. Thank you to the individuals who are handling it all....day and night.

I lost planet fitness as a franchise. It's convenient and reasonable. However this location has the worst ventilation I ever seen among multiple states and multiple occasions. Not only is hot it also smells with gasoline.Staff is wonderful as always. It's not their fault owner doesn't invest in air conditioning

Scarsdale branch is located in the basement. Has an assortment of machines. Free parking. White plains branch is bigger but metered parking

I love this Planet Fitness in Scarsdale there's plenty of equipment and there's always a spot for me the people are really nice and I really loved it
