Horrible customer service at this locationTried to reach out to the manager several times regarding issue I had. No call back, was told he would be at the gym a a certain time was never thereCancelled my Membership.They need to be retrained in customer service!!!

Reception desk always polite and welcoming. Gym is perfect for just going in and working out. No uncomfortable feeling here.

Free parking! Small location that’s in a basement. Free pizza first Monday of every month. Can be very crowded at times and the machines are very close together. They have everything you need to workout so just make the most out of your experience!

I came here while visiting for work. I travel almost every week for my job and visit a lot of Planet Fitness locations. I was very put off with the humidity and smell of sweat in this location. It felt like a dark, cramped, dungeon. The equipment is so close together it feels closterphobic. The tanning booth was also very cramped, and hard to change clothes. There were several bulbs out in my bed.

Love this gym. Everyone here is very friendly and the staff keeps the gym very clean. The only thing that creeps me out a little bit is the free pizza once a month, so I steer clear of that. I don’t think the concept is very sanitary.

It's in a strip mall, so there's plenty of parking. Decent size facility with a good selection of equipment. Staff is pleasant. Locker room has a changing room, showers, toilets and a machine where you can buy items that you may have forgotten to bring. Lots of paper towels and sanitizing solution throughout. Kept in decent condition. Layout is good. You can find the weight lifters in the back of the gym. Classes available but I haven't been to any. For me, a comfortable atmosphere.
