I've been coming here since October of 2022. I live in Mamaroneck and love working out here. The vibe is super open and friendly. It feels like everyone is training to get better at something they're passionate about. The owner Dean does a great job of making it feel like a tight-knit community as well.I've been taking Judo classes since I joined and I've fallen in love with the sport overnight. I've also been meaning to get into the BJJ classes cause they have an excellent coach as well and it looks like a ton of fun.

Best gym in lower Westchester hands down! Flex hours great kickboxing classes all day. You will sweat your A off. Plenty of free weights and much much more.
