Gym classes are below standard. For newcomers, no intro or real guidance. Sneaky fees; if you plan to pay in full, don't think that they won't charge you an annual fee later should you decide you no longer want to attend. You actually need to cancel; they will auto renew and continue to charge. They also refuse to reimburse you if there is a disagreement, and tell you to contact your bank.

Signed up to be apart of this program that was advertised and after reading the reviews I thought it’d be worth it. Shortly after got a job working in the city and was never able to use the membership. Emailed to cancel and was basically told I could not cancel unless I had medical issues or moved 25 miles away from the gym. Here it is approaching month 3 where I have never attended the gym but still getting charged. Have not heard back. But I hope some people are made aware that this is a life time binding contract. Stupid of me but shame on them

This gym is 24 hours. Had great equipment, amazing classes and great coaches that will whip you into shape. It’s a good atmosphere for all people and they make to feel welcomed whether you are a beginner or not. I also love that they are encouraging.

The classes were good, but I had canceled my membership and asked them to take my card out the system so I wouldn’t be charged anymore. But after a month I get charged 50$ after speaking about leaving their membership. After I told them that I didn’t want to be a part of the membership and that I didn’t want to be charged.
