I’ve been bringing my mom and my dad here for the past couple months and they have seen tremendous results. I started working out with Guy Codio 10 years ago and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him! Not only did I get an incredible workout everyday with Guy, I achieved many personal goals along the way and made a friend for life! Guy is truly one-of-a-kind. From his highly personalize programming (we focused on boxing throughout the years), to his genuine care and enthusiasm, Guy delivers results and make sure you are having fun along the way. One of the hardest things about leaving NYC 3 years ago was leaving Guy! However, we have stayed in touch and we workout together whenever I am in the City. I was also honored to have him attend my wedding in North Carolina - as it turns out, he’s a hit at the gym AND on the dance floor!
