I have been training with Guy for about 10 years, and strongly recommend him. I have definitely noticed big improvements in how I look and feel over that time.Guy is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and personalizes his workouts to help push his clients to achieve their goals. He is also genuinely fun to workout with, and mixes up different kind of exercises to keep it interesting and challenging.

Giaccomo is wonderful! I have been working out with him since 2017.He is knowledgeable, patient, reliable, energetic and totally passionate about health & fitness!. He creates plans and checks out to make sure I reach my goals. I highly recommend working with him!I also like the comfort of working out at Limelight Fitness. Very convenient & beautiful location in an unusual church setting.

I am so happy I found Giacomo! After years of bouncing between flighty trainers who didn’t plan or follow-through, my husband and I started seeing Giacomo last year, and were (and still are) so impressed by his expertise, focus and dedication to our individual goals and results. He helps up approach our fitness in a 360 degree way, discussing different types of exercise, diet, stretching, etc. He even took the time to send us detailed workouts when we planned to be away for the summer. I started training with Giacomo a few years ago and recently started training with him again. If you listen to him you will see results. He pushes you when you need it. If you have an injury he knows how to work around it so you still get a good work out. He has a lot of flexibility in his schedule. Always professional and will check in with you to make sure you are ready for your upcoming session. Giacomo is one of those trainers that will give you 100% of his attention. He is never on the phone texting when you are with him. His focus is you. He keeps great track of all your progress that you made since starting with him. I have never trained with Guy or Reggie but have met them. I can tell they are just as amazing as Giacomo and you wont regret training with them.

I've been working 1-on-1 with Giacomo at NYPT for about 4 months now and it has been a tremendous, positive experience.After having back surgery two years ago I was desperately in need of a fitness plan and positive motivation to get my body healthy. Working with Giacomo (and Jamie occasionally) has already given me more energy and strength than I've had in many, many years. He knows how to push me past my comfort zone while maintaining an awareness of my weak points, and provides great coaching on nutrition and healthy habits.
