Didn’t honor 3 day pass offered online. When I went in after signing up on the official website and selecting this club, the guy at the front desk said, “Yeah we don’t do that anymore. We haven’t for months and corporate won’t update the site.” I’m pretty sure that’s false advertising.

Very Friendly staff and atmosphere? Equipment is mostly accessible! One treadmill needs some minor repair/upkeep! All in all, my experience has been positive!

Updated Review: Overall, after being a member here for a year and a half, I'm satisfied with my experience and do recommend this gym to others. There were some issues that resulted in me demolishing this place in my previous review, but the issues have been resolved. Calvin, the manager, is a good guy, and I probably should have talked to him about my concerns before going online and expressing my frustrations. If you are a member and you have concerns that need addressed, touch base with Calvin, he'll make things right.

I’m so glad I chose this place! Someone broke into my locker with cutter’s and the Staff caught them and returned my gym bag. The Mgr Kalvin returned my bag and showed me how they caught him. I’m so thankful and grateful that I’m a 24hrs member! Also Darrin my the staff favorite who talked me into choosing 24hrs. I’m a member 4life. Sincerely Q

I registered for a 3 day free pass on the website, but the gym front desk folks would not honor it. They called, emailed, and texted on promotional membership offers, but would not let me use my 3-day pass when I went to the gym. Absolutely terrible experience!

Gym is never open 24 hours as it claims, night shift never wants to show up so it's closed from 1130pm to 4am. When I asked if they planned to do anything about the employee, front desk did not give a straight answer.TLDR: Don't expect to get a late night gym session anytime soon.

Their stationary bikes almost all of them have missing shoe straps. I brought this to the attention of management on 2 occassions & until now they haven't fixed this issue. Secondly, the mens room bathroom is dirty specially the urinals it's disgusting.

This place has the worst customer service, manager needs mgmt 101 training. I came with a free pass and wanting to join with 3 other friends. Except the manager wouldn’t let me use the bathroom until I register. As members is not allowed inside the bathroom. He was not willing to have one of the staff escort me while there’s 3 of them standing around because they’re all guys. But they are able to go inside the bathroom to help out a member with their locker. Very poor first impression for a future member. I guess I can walked out from the bathroom stealing all their towels!

Be careful if you have issues with other gym member and they seems to protect or I should say they don’t want to lose a member. Would anyone believe that where the incident happened. They do not have a clear video?? It’s hard to believe that!! and why because they even have a top view videos of the other areas. Not only that they have a very clear video on the machine next to it where the incident happened! My advise to anyone that would have an issue with other member… you should watch the guy or staff taking your statements. Because I think he already looked at the videos and removed the clear video on where the incident happened. They don’t take all incident seriously!! My thought because nothing serious physically injured. So their tolerance policy is probably would not work for all people. Specially if you’re not a violent person and you just trying to prevent any further actions. The manager and staff don’t even apologize that this is happened to you. They don’t even make you feel secure or confident going to their gym safe. And not to mention it’s already ruined your Day!!I’ve read some of the reviews and I truly believe and agreed that the manager needs a lot of training.

I had a monthly membership here. In November, I froze my account because I was going out of the country for 4 months. Came back in March to unfreeze my account. Was told that my account was unfrozen in January and that I owed 2 months worth of membership. I questioned why my account was unfrozen in January and why I was not informed. Staff referred to the notes in their system, which said that my account should be unfrozen in January, although I definitely did not request that. Staff showed me the notes, and I immediately saw that they were inaccurate, since it also said I froze my account for medical reasons although I froze it for travel reasons. Staff said that whoever wrote Medical reason in the notes did me a favor since that lets me freeze my account for free. What I take away from this is that the notes contain untrue statements and should not be trusted. I was also told I was sent an email in January about my account being unfrozen. I just double checked and I did not receive an email.I asked if the charges can be removed since I never wanted my account to be unfrozen in January. Was told no. I also cannot resume my membership without paying the 2 months worth of charges. Asked to cancel my membership so I won't keep being charged. Was told no. I must pay those 2 month charges to cancel my membership. I sent a cancelation request through the 24 Hour Fitness website and hope the "request" gets approved. If not, I guess I will be charged forever.So disappointing because this is actually a decent gym. The reason why I got a monthly membership is because I travel out of state/country often and wanted the ability to freeze my account. I am not going to pay those 2 months worth of charges or any subsequent charges, and will fight the collections in court if needed.
