Leaving four star because we like the pool here, BUT WATCH OUT YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS GYM. Someone cut our locker in man's changing room today, stole the wallet and used it across multiple stores for $600 each within an hour today. We checked in the club at 5:18pm, and the first fraud text message came at 6pm. Multiple transactions have already gone through before 6.We have reasons to believe this is a well organized crime. The thief(s) was onto us the moment we went in and cut the locker as soon as we left the changing room.Raising the awareness here. Plus this gym is always overcrowded in the evening. With the limited number of machines they have, good luck find any vacant one without waiting.

Only if I could give 0 stars. You can smell the sweat right when you enter the gym. The equipments need thorough cleaning to remove the dirt layers. The AC wasn’t working for straight two days. The stretching floor smells like public restrooms. Very sad environment in general.

If you needed help with your fitness journey. Come on in!! One of the cleanest gym I have even stepped foot in. Friendly Staff , knowledgeable Trainers, management team are there to listen to your concerns and feedback, and best of all. Their membership pricing are the best bang for your buck!!!Jeremy and Nico helped me get back to working out and showed me how important it is to live a healthy and stress free life through fitness. Kudos to you sir!

I just joined the gym for swimmingThe pool is great!! better maintained than the Hayward locationShowers can be messy sometimes, shower walls need cleaning, empty soap stations often. Advice to change the soap color from white to anything else and more foamyArea under the swimsuit drying machine needs cleaning 🧹

Machines are always broken and part of the culture here is people spending 80% of their time sitting on their cell phones while on the few machines that actually do work. Not the worst 24. In this location's defense, finding a decent 24 is nearly impossible anyway. They should rename this place 24 Hour Cell Phone. I will, however, say that the overwhelming majority of staff are very friendly and seem like they enjoy their job.

This gym has a great variety of equipment, but my review is based solely off of the free weights - specifically the dumbbells. No one knows how to re-rack their weights which is a pretty common issue at gyms, but this location is off the charts. There are literally dumbbells anywhere, and everywhere, and not in the location they need to be in. It’s a mess. Their disinfectant spray and towels were out in a few locations, and it made it hard to wipe down equipment after (or before) use. I would recommend a different location during peak hours.
