The Good:Cleaner than the other 2 clubs nearby (Raley's and Irvington) by orders of magnitude.Machines are typically in a good state.Doesn't get too crowded at the weight machines.Nice locker rooms and showers.Nice Group-X training roomWell ventilated open working spaceThe Bad:Isn't open 24 hoursToo few tread mills and too many stationary bikes (That don't seem to be used)Older equipment that could use some updatingConclusion:I really like this gym compared to the nearby alternatives. It's cleaner and a much better experience but it could still do with some updating and a few more treadmills.
