This morning 10-10:30am I witnessed front desk or management harassed a guy when he walked in. I heard front desk ask the guy what gang he was in. This is an Openly-hostile management obstructs member efforts to address problems, regards as "'harassment". Then management cancelled the person who was being harassed today by front desk. Dysfunctional management! This place is disgusting and unclean. I will also send corporate a letter.

Racist receptionist! I signed up for a 3-day pass and was denied entry by the receptionist, claiming I came in the week before and already used my trial pass. This was my first time ever in 24 Hr Fitness, so I told him he must've gotten me confused with someone else. I showed him ID, but he said, AND I QUOTE, "you all look the same anyways, that's not going to help me".If anybody else is looking for another gym, I tried guest passes at City Sports and Fitness 19 and both are wonderful gyms with receptionists who aren't discriminatory.

I wrote a review with another account about a month ago addressing how gross and dirty the basketball court and gym equipment is from dust. You guys know that you don’t clean the court or any equipment yet you have time to address comments regarding it online. It’s seriously pathetic the gym manager is absolutely useless along with other workers that just stand around. The court is still not clean and it’s the dustiest court i’ve ever played on, it doesn’t take much to come in here once or twice a day and mop the court or even just keep the mop in here for other people to! Literally just clean, this place has one chubby worker that walks around and sweeps up trash and then goes and sits down and conversates while the rest walk around like chad idiots talking to chicks.

They closed one of the gym with just 1 month of notice and now when you come here there is no place to set foot and if you get into the weight room and get a bench best of luck in finding weights

First and last time I was there, I showed up at 2AM The gym was very dirty looked like a 711 restroomIt was dirty from the lookers all the way upstairs every equipment had paper towels around and empty water bottles very gross and dirty and including the basketball courtI’ll give it a -5 stars if I can

First time here, front desk attendant Bayan was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and actually happy to be there. Bathrooms smelled nice as well. 5 stars!

Place never cleans their basketball court, hasn’t even been mopped but one time since it has this membership always very dusty and trash laying around. Workers do nothing but socialize and stand around. Took over a month to get the upstairs bathroom door lock fixed. Very dirty gym for it being the biggest one around.
