Optional 24 hour access. It has great potential of becoming a great dungeon gym but the owner is all over the place with the vibe & is incredibly 'money hungry'. I worked out boxing lessons with another member for about 2 weeks. Sean (owner) publicly incorporates a new system (infront of the whole gym) & begins demanding money for past sessions. I moved from Newport News back to Chicago bc of military orders and for 2 months this guy has continued attempts into my account. So meh...

I went to this gym for years, and it's outstanding. It's not fancy, it's effective. The staff is great, the owners are great, and the people who work out there are great! People from all walks of life go here. The price is great, the hours are better. Plus, the tires outside are HUGE! Really a great gym.
