Do not give them your bank or credit card info. They will restart your account months later and claim they lost your email. The owner, Cortney, will not answer your emails, phone calls or messages from Russell.

Everyone was very nice but out of about the 10 massages I've had in my life, it was the least enjoyable. There was a loud class going on directly on the other side of the wall and I was not informed until going into the room. It was very distracting when trying to relax with the music and instructor being on the other side of the wall. The person giving the massage was very nice but also had a few finger nails that were a little sharp, and some of the massage techniques I had never experienced were uncomfortable (massaging the backs of the hands instead of the muscles around the palm, rubbing the boney portion of the shin and knee cap, pulling hard on the ears).

I've been to Zenya Yoga five times. Each class I leave uplifted, refreshed, and centered. At least as center as I can get having just started. Every person who works there that I have encountered so far is sweet, not at all pushy, and always supportive. This is a true judgement free zone from the manager, to the instructor, to the other attendees. Doesn't matter if you've never even heard the word yoga before, no matter your size, no matter your age you will fit in here. Zenya Yoga is like a huge hug with more health benefits than you can imagine.

First time to yoga and was seeking a new way to exercise after recovering from a back injury. I went to Nancy's class for a new workout not knowing how much I needed the meditation/de-stresser/confidence boost. Thank you for showing me what yoga is all about and finding my way back to self love! I look forward to Tuesday nights!
