New Regional Manager Paul during this remodel you took out the 5 newer treadmills and left behind the worst and oldest treadmills. Can you look into this? The treadmills you kept are old and broken. At least bring back the 5 that actually work. The treadmills that were removed are the same one’s the Braintree location has.

Love the new layout. Love the A.M. classes. New HIIT training is effective!

PunchHIIT on Sunday morning was amazing. Pat is an excellent instructor. I would take this class every day of the week.

The boss at Crunch Fitness in Roslindale is mad disrespectful. Today I went in to pay for my membership, he told me I couldn’t pay because he needed my account number which whenever I’m paying I’ve always pay cash. When I tried to talk to him he called me rude because I didn’t want to give him account number since they’ve been charged me twice every times they took money out of my account. It’s not the first time he did that to me or my friends that’s my friends left and now it’s my turn to leave because I won’t tolerate no racist behavior towards me, my friends or my family members.

Been going for 4 years now and I have to say two things, IF YOU ARE LOCAL it's a GREAT VALUE! Stop N' Shop, Walgreen and DISCOUNT LIQUORS right next to it. Gym has a local crowd and for the most part is pretty clean. Secondly, I always recommend 12 to 2 p.m. (people are at work) & the last hour (10 to 11 p.m. Mon-Thursday or 9 to 10 p.m. on Fridays) to go since the gym is less empty and it's easier to use whatever machines you want. Staff is pretty chill. Showers I used to use until Covid happen now I just use for lockers & toilets which are decent. Overall, I'm happy this gym opened.

Please save yourself the trouble of getting involved with this gym. Once a member, they’ll put you through the ringer if you try to cancel your membership. Even if you manage to cancel, they’ll continue calling and emailing you forever, regardless of how many times you request they stop.

They have some very unprofessional trainers there. I recently signed up at this location in the beginning of January and met with the trainer Arthur Lyon. After our session I signed up for 4 sessions each month with him and this location and he has cancelled/ rescheduled every session after that. The first paid session was January 14th and i haven't had one after that. He waits until the last second to cancel. One day he had me come to the Gym at 6 in the morning and wasn't there when I showed up. I texted him to see where he was but he never showed and didn't reply until 7:40 PM.With it now being February and me having only met with Arthur Lyon once I tried to cancel my remaining sessions and payments and was told I cant do that and I would be charged the two additional months regardless. SO I am being told I have to pay for services I never received.I guess l need to file with the Better Business Bureau

Staff is nice, but good luck if you ever have to talk to their customer service call center.
