This location is horrible when it comes to opening on time at 5:00 AM….. you should fire your current opening shift and find someone that is actually responsible enough to open on time.

Something in this gym is always broken an if they shut the gym down for whatever reason they still take your monthly or annual fee instead of freezing your account

The gym was closed in December because of the city. I did not get any email informing me about this, but I was charged the monthly amount. How is this possible? I tried to cancel the membership online but your portal doesn't offer this option. I sent an email and no one has gotten back to me. I tried to call, but no one is taking the calls.I had to go to a different gym, so I want my money back from December charged and make sure my membership is cancel. how am I suppose to do this?

They need to work on keeping the gym clean.UPDATE !!!!!While management is quick to respond on this platform they are not via email and phone calls. Members should not have to go through hoops to have their membership put on hold when it is not their fault. This should have been done automatically since I'm sure you knew far in advance. Medford would never treat their members in this manner and you should be ashamed. I expect a reply to my email ASAP.

Fraudulently charges you membership fees after you try to cancel online. But customer service simpletons will respond with damage control right away after making a poor review.

Sitting in the parking lot waiting to get in on Saturday at 7am as nothing was posted on Google that facility is closed today 12/10/2022. I just read a someone else’s review 3 months ago with complaint of not opening on time. Response was changing management to resolve issues. Here 3months later~Really… door reads gym closed til further notice…there is no excuse for this inconvenience!

How you going to say on the internet the gym is open and not open when you get there!! It been a week now!! No answer to what's going on with this gym!! This might be the turning point for me!! There's others gyms around people could go to.. Crunch Fitness wasting people time and money!!

Dirty, broken equipment, poor variety of equipment, and poorly trained staff. On a regular day, it barely even functions as a gym. What has really put the nail in the coffin for me, however, is that for several days now it has been inexplicably closed without warning and without any indication when and if it will reopen. Ironically, when you try to call the gym no one picks up and a prerecorded message inaccurately states the gym is “open.” At this point, it seems at least an ethical violation (if not a contractual one) that I am being charged for a gym that does not even open.
