Equinox Chestnut Hill is a premier fitness center located in Chestnut Hill Square, offering top-notch facilities and a range of amenities to suit every fitness need. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment, spacious exercise rooms, a lap pool, and a spa. Whether you're into cardio, strength training, or group classes, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is welcoming, fostering a positive attitude among members and staff. However, some amenities are not always up to standard, and issues like cleanliness and customer service have been reported. Despite its high cost, many find it worth the price.
Membership here involves a significant financial commitment, and some customers have faced challenges with contracts and billing. The gym generally maintains a high level of cleanliness, though some have reported occasional lapses. While the staff receives praise for their energy and dedication, the spa booking system and store hours can be a downside. Overall, Equinox Chestnut Hill is suited for those seeking a luxurious and comprehensive gym experience.

Wife and I stopped over and asked nicely to tour the gym. The front desk said no one is available. We asked nicely to have him to show us around. We just wanted to see the environment and the bathroom. He refused to show us around. So we left and went down the road and ultimately signed up with Lifetime. Staff were much more friendlier at Lifetime.

I only went here once, but from what I could tell it was a good experience. The pool was kinda small (3 lanes), but there was only two other people there. I went on a weekend at 12pm. The locker rooms were nice and clean, and even had free lotion!

instead of a nice environment with music , there is always vacuuming noise and long wire of the vacuum in your face.
