The manager Molly (last year, I'm sure she's moved on) is extremely harassing. One of the worst people I've ever met, and her husband the district manager is worse. Not your "bud", pal. Typical South Park character, uneducated and full of himself. Glad I work at my sister's law firm now and not here.

Been a member from 2019 to 2023. Great gym, has everything you need. Canceled because I'm moving. Cancelation was very easy for me. It consisted of sending an email with my name and DOB.

Garrett was extremely helpful. He's very aware and cares about what he is doing. Would highly recommend working with him. 10/10 10gym is the place to find gains.

Garret is a knowledgeable and fun trainer to work out with! He will help you improve on your weak points and ensure you maintain your strong ones, whether it’s keeping to a workout schedule, or even sticking with a proper diet for your goals. He will break down the proper form of any technique if you need it, address common mistakes and how to correct them, do it himself then let you do it (bearing in mind his tips and reminding you about them as you do the workouts). Couldn’t recommend him more.

Me and my friend Dylan had a FIT start training session with Garrett today and it was amazing! Garrett was our trainer we had just met him and we already started to connect. He had us start our day with squats and doing a high intensity leg work out. By the end of it I couldn’t feel my legs and had to sit down! Lol thank you Garrett for the knowledge and training. Very friendly and motivating. 10/10 would recommend.

Garrett is an excellent trainer! He pushes you to go harder while motivating you every step of the way! He gave very detailed explanations of my workout & nutrition plan and made sure I felt comfortable with everything we were doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
