John Tigloa is very motivated and wants to get you moving. I'm excited to start my journey with him.

I had a beginner session with John. Extremely encouraging and helpful, the sessions are affordable but I’m in a situation that makes me unable to enroll. Definitely recommend for someone who is looking for this kind of help!

John the head fitness trainer was really great! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I told him what I wanted and he delivered.

Walked in and got a gym membership after my first day. It’s a very open gym with lots of equipment, an employee by the name of John encouraged me to be the best version of me and we have a fitness plan in place. Everyone on staff is very kind and supportive.

The Norman 10Gym is the greatest. It’s clean and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. There is a great amount of space to work out and a great deal of options from machines to free weights and cardio equipment.

I have to give a shoutout to John. Not only did he take the time to get to know us and the goals we wanted to achieve, he was extremely knowledgeable. In our mini session he kept me motivated and encouraged me as I was doing the exercises. I'm really excited to make a change and am glad I picked 10 Gym to be the place to start my journey.

This is the place to go if you want to level up. The lighthouse trainers are phenomenal. I train with JG and I have to say it's the best experience I've had in a gym ever. John is just as amazing. He's friendly and remembers everyone while also very willing to work with you to get things done. I recommend to anyone wanting to get fit.

I had a great experience with John. He was able to set up a plan for success for me in an efficient manner. His energy and knowledge was really great!

John was dope. He and I speak the same language. He is very motivational and will get you to where you need to be. If you are truly invested and dedicated to your fitness plan then do yourself a favor and link up with John!

Edit: It seems many people in corporate are in the habit of lying. Concerns about Scott Matlock were raised before a response was made by the 10gym account stated they were unaware of any concerns regarding Scott. It also feels like the slew of recent positive reviews are in direct response to negative reviews.The regular staff at this location are wonderful. This review is not about them, it is about corporate and upper management.If you are looking for a gym, keep looking. The VP of Operations, Scott Matlock, is belligerent, hostile, and disrespectful. After having spoken with Karen Mellen in corporate regarding Scott's treatment of customers (not to mention he mistreats employees, as well), I felt like my concerns were going to be dismissed. Especially in light of how Scott lies when reporting accounts in which he is the aggressor. Considering the position he occupies in the company, the attempt to justify his behavior makes perfect sense, as does the gaslighting. When Karen was told of Scott's behavior and that he literally told a customer, verbatim, "don't give me any lip", her first reaction was to try to gaslight me, get defensive, and try to justify Scott's behavior. Doesn't inspire any confidence that anything will come from contacting corporate. I don't understand how hearing how hostile Scott is and how he treats customers and employees alike didn't raise a red flag with Karen, but avoid Scott at all costs, don't expect corporate to care how he behaves, and if you have an encounter with Scott, start searching for another gym because he will lie and cancel your membership. They also enjoyed throwing around figures for replacement dumbbells. If you're paying $1,000 for 2 dumbbells, you are terrible at your job.
