Fit Body is a great place!! They treat you like family and truly care about how you are doing. They have classes at different times to work into your schedule. The classes are 30mins and give you a great workout! Also it doesn't matter if you've been working out for a long time or are just getting started, no one judges you, they help you!

Great place to workout. Staff are fantastic as well.After a year and nearly two months....I love it more and more.I needed this more than I knew at the time. I feel better both physically and emotionally.

This place is amazing, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I was so worried about starting at a gym and they made me feel so welcome from the very beginning. If you’re on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret it!
