I had the pleasure of joining Fit Body back in November last year. It has been a blessing to have a place to go workout and work on my goals. If you are looking for a place that will be more than just another gym or a place that just works on physical goals then this is the place to be. Tommy, the owner and his team truly care about helping every person that walks through the doors. Always greeted with a smile and a team that knows your name. If you are missing workouts they reach out to see how you are and if there’s anyway they can help you. Where else do you get the care like that? I have hit fitness goals because of the community they have built at fit body. You are pushed to push your limits but never forced or shamed to do more than you can. The owner is knowledgeable and professional. The facility is new, clean, and well maintained. The coaches are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The 30 minute classes are a good start for work day. Each class allows for modification to an exercise to meet a new or inexperienced person's need at the same time challenging enough for seasoned person. Family atmosphere.

I am closing out on my second year with Moore FBBC and yes, I plan to keep it going! The coaches set an environment that makes me want to keep coming back: motivation, healthy accountability, encouragement, family, etc. I want to be and live healthy. I’m well into my 50’s and feel healthier mentally and physically than I ever have. This has been an awesome investment for me! Thank you Coach Tommy and all the coaches! The atmosphere at FBBC rocks!

Owner and trainers are all very kind and friendly. All are welcomed and workouts are both challenging and accommodating to people of all fitness levels. I give the highest recommendation to anyone who is wanting to improve their health and get in better shape.

Going to FBBC is the BEST part of my day!! The trainers are great and I always have fun!! Being new to Oklahoma, FBBC has welcomed me and made me feel like part of the family. I look forward to my workouts and seeing my friends (even if it is early in the morning!!) Thank you to all the trainers for making my day, EVERYDAY!!

Tommy is the bomb 💣Thank you! He is the best kind of trainer....a mix of laid back with expectations for the trainee.I like the vibe. Very positive people encouraging one another. Don't change! I've lost 15 lbs since starting in March 2021. I haven't been down that low on the scale in over 7 years. Having thyroid issues, weight doesn't come off easy.Not going by the scale though. Going by the way I feel. I've tried diets, I've tried fads. What I had not tried was consistent exercise. Simple. It's working. The gut is nearly gone.I work nights. I'm a tired nurse. But I feel renewed now when I wake up. I dont love exercise. So it's nice to have someone else do the pushing. I just follow the instructions. I am feeling great and I have not in years and years and years!If you wonder if you should try it, do it! Do it for yourself mama. Do it for your health. Do it for a new you. It's worth it. I feel like I'm making changes quickly that I have wanted to for years.I'm inviting everyone I know.
