All communication was effective from the jump. I have a clear picture of what they bring to the table and what I can do to maximize their services. They are professional and welcoming! Love the workouts and the versatility of the program. Tommy and staff are always ready to help. Would recommend to those that are young or more mature. Everyone is welcome. Two thumbs up.

Love the enthusiasm I get when I walk in the door. Some days I am super exhausted and not too excited to be there, but there is always a shout "HI!" and a smile! The program is great and even my doctors are happy it is working. I feel accomplished every single work out I perform whether it is at home or at the studio. I have also joined Barbell and let me tell you, "It has really assisted in pushing my body". The FBBC team encourages individual needs and works with you to accomplish your goals and makes sure you are reaching for the right ones. Love the team and look forward to enjoying more sessions with everyone!

I can not say enough good things about this place! I was looking for a way to gain some confidence and lose some weight! I was almost 300 lbs walking in, on my first day. I was scared and didn’t know what to expect! Now I am 50lbs lost and never felt better! The coaches are phenomenal and they really care! I have met a ton of amazing people I consider my good friends now! If you are thinking about joining I definitely would!!! It really is the best 30 mins of the day!

This place is wonderful! Always an inviting space and completely judgement free!!! The owner, Tommy, truly cares about his clients and he and the instructors are so motivational. I love the vibes.

I love this place. Coaches always motivational. I had to stop going due to ear equilibrium surgery. But once I'm able to attend again I will achieve my goals. I have seen a lot of people be successful at there goal and living healthy.

I love the resources available at this gym! It surpasses any other training program you could get elsewhere. Each trainer has their own personality and spin for each 30 minute workout that gets results! The facility is clean and everyone seems to enjoy their line of work! I love my personal coach Lacy she is so thoughtful and encouraging!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and exercise classes over the years and this place is definitely top-notch. Tommy and the team care about your success and will work with you on anything from your form, to your diet and nutrition. The motivational aspect is very high and the variety of class times makes it easy and flexible to get your workout in, even on your busiest of days.All fitness levels thrive here and I’m so glad I took the time to check this place out, because I’m forever grateful to Tommy and all the wonderful coaches and clients that have made it what it is. Love this gym. Great trainers who are motivating and want you to be your best. The class setting is super helpful so you don’t ever have to worry about creating your own workout.

Very clean establishment which is important to me. Tommy was very friendly as were the rest of the group. It is an intense 30 min work out but i liked it, very challenging. Definitely couldn't pass up 3 free workouts to see if I like it.
