Easiest sign up we've ever experienced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy. Environment was clean and organized. Location is convenient!♥️

I went online and set up a membership and paid for it then was asked to go to the location to pick up my membership tag to check in with and do a tour..the man at the front desk didn't greet me and seemed uninterested with my questions..I asked if I could do a tour and he said there was nobody to do a tour with me because corporate was there..I walked around looking lost for about 10mins and haven't been back since..I was excited about getting the membership and making the effort to be healthier but now not so much because of the service I received..I think maybe I should've gone there 1st before I signed up for the membership honestly..the gym was nice and with the amenities, is even nicer but the service got a F-

The less you pay for something the cheaper the quality in this case cheap customer service . On multiple occasions I have asked to put a halt on the personal training session because of my work schedule and on multiple occasions it went over their heads. I spoke to someone in person, phone and message and the issue has not been resolved

A complete waste of time, the girls at the desk do not know how to answer a simple question, put me on hold for 10 minutes while on hold I used my other cell phone to call only to hear from another girl ( can I put you on hold) I said I am already on hold before I knew I was on hold on two phones for more than 15 minutes so I ended the call, I would have use the time to clip my toe nails during that time it would have been more productive, I totally wasted 20 minutes of my time and I will not be calling again thank god they expose the poor service before signing any long term agreement.

All they want is force the money out of your pocket. Came to Odessa for short contract at mch. Asked to downgrade my membership, the rude manager got angry and started yelling at me at the front desk, next thing he said was "he will cancel my membership because he see I can't afford it" which he went ahead and did without my permission.
