Our 4-year-old son started with Gracie Barra O'Fallon a few weeks ago and we already notice an improvement in his confidence and focus. He is typically shy and struggles to follow instructions, but the instructors have taken time to coach him in each class to ensure he learns the moves and participates. Each instructor is passionate about the sport and exhibits a strong desire for all students to excel. I highly recommend Gracie Barra O'Fallon.

Our son Aden has been training here for a few weeks now. Even in that short time he has gained confidence and is improving. The instructors take the time to help him and encourage him. He intends to attend the wrestling class on Saturdays when he has time as well. Highly recommend!

My 9 y/o grandson recently started kickboxing. I'm very pleased with the instruction, facilities, staff, and most of all, the self-esteem my grandson is gaining.

I had my 5 year old joined at Gracie Barra and its been almost 3 months and he is loving it! The instructors are outstanding and has lot of patience in taking care of the kids.Initially my kid struggled a little with the training format but after instructors giving him special attention and coaching he has overcame that fear. Now he super excited and loving it.I would highly recommend Gracie Barra to anyone!

So far, everyone has been super nice, inviting, and welcoming. It's my first BJJ school ever, but I am familiar with the BJJ world through friends, and I have heard horror stories from some BJJ schools, so I was def hesitant, but me, hubby, and a work partner, went to class, signed up the same day, and have no regrets! Being female, I was also hesitant, but again, all staff has been very welcoming. I look forward to class, and I look forward to learning and being able to excel. I have always been into some sort of sports, and it's been years since I've been involved with any sports, and this has filled that gap for me that I didn't know I was missing. It's not just a sport, it's a lifestyle.

I originally looked into BJJ for one of my son's who is having behavioral problems since started Kindergarten. I ended up joining too with a friend who's kids also go there. My son hasn't been going long, but since the first class I can tell this is exactly what he needs. I'm glad a joined too and am happy the school isn't a "bro gym".
