Started training at Gracie Barra O'Fallon a couple weeks ago and it has been one of the greatest decisions I've ever made. The instructors are very thorough and help everyone understand the material they're teaching. I will always recommend this place to anyone interested in self defense or mixed martial arts.

After checking out several martial arts options in our area we decided to join Gracie Barra O’Fallon. We are so happy that we did. My son is 10 years old and tends to avoid new things. The instructors are very patient at every level. My son is in the youngest class group and they are great at listening to the kids and helping them progress. Even with a large class I’ve felt the staff is very accessible for questions even three weeks after starting.

I’ve been training for almost 6 months and I must say it’s top notch. Every instructor I have been coached by is extremely patient and caring with the process of making you successful. My son also trains and is absolutely loving it and highly recommend it to any other parent. Don’t hesitate to join and many others have that I know as well.

My daughter loves it here. The kids always seem to be having fun, the instructors really care about the kids & walk around during class & help any kids improve if they are struggling with a certain exercise. My daughter loves going & would go 5 nights a week if we could.

I wanted my daughter to build confidence and skills, and meet new people. Two weeks in, it’s working! The instructors are very friendly. They helped make her at ease because she was very afraid to try something new. They didn’t use an intimidating or super intense approach when she started, which would have immediately scared her away. They made her feel very welcome and helped me keep her confident enough to keep training. Wonderful place! ❤️

I’ve been training at Gracie Barra for about 5 months now. The instructors are outstanding and will work with you, regardless of age or prior injuries, to ensure that you understand the techniques, as well as progressing with your individual goals. My daughter also trains at Gracie Barra and loves it! The self-confidence she has gained from training has been awesome to see. I would highly recommend Gracie Barra to anyone!

I’ve been doing BJJ with Gracie Barra for almost a month now, with no precious training, and I absolutely love it. It’s a great time with great instructors. Every time I learn a lot, get a great workout in, and have a blast
