My son and I both joined and are really happy that we did. The coaches work really well with the kids and he is doing great. As far as the adults classes go, everyone makes you feel welcome and a part of the team from the get go. The coaching staff is awesome and definitely know what they are doing. We couldn't be happier with joining. I highly recommend joining to get increase your fitness level and to be more confident in your self defense.

I've thoroughly enjoyed training at GB O'Fallon...from the instructors to the students, everyone is extremely welcoming and willing to help you learn! It's a great place to learn Jiu Jitsu regardless of age, physical ability, or skill level.

Have to say I love it! The workouts are great, having tried the weight training on and off for years and loosing interest because I normally worked out alone! Here, every night is different and you work out with many different people! Also everyone there makes you feel like part of the family from day one! This is a great place to learn the art of Jiu Jitsu. Mike and Steve are both excellent teachers and the feeling of fellowship and camaraderie in each and every class is really a sight to behold. Everybody is there to better themselves and their techniques and to help others in the process. I intend on training there for a long time.

My son has been going for over 2 months now and I can see a huge difference in his confidence. He loves coming to class. Would recommend to any parent that has kids interested in learning jiu jitsu.

My son Ethan at 5 started training here 5-6 months after it opened. He's still training here around twice a week at the age of 11. I've started training here beginning in January 2018. Professor Mike, Professor Steve, Coach Dominic, and the rest of the GB O'Fallon Staff are quality people that care about your welfare. Great teachers and great training facility! GB O’Fallon is awesome! Our family recently moved to the area and Gracie Barra has been everything I hoped it would be. The teachers are all knowledgeable and approachable and the students have been warm, welcoming and encouraging.The atmosphere is clean and a great place for families. I even felt comfortable bringing our babies to watch our daughter try out the kid’s class. They loved it. I have really enjoyed learning jiu jitsu this past month and it’s no surprise I leave class energetic and excited for the next day’s class. I’m sleeping better and my days with three kids under the age of three has gotten more chill. The scheduling of classes are flexible for any schedule. Being a SAHM I can choose the 6am mo- fri before the kids wake up or the 7:30 after they go to bed. It’s really for everyone, any schedule or lifestyle. -Any age or fitness level. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

My son has attended Gracie Barra O’Fallon for just over two weeks now. He has lessons twice a week and never complains. I think respect, boundaries, and discipline are extremely important in the development of children and Gracie Barra emphasizes these things. The environment at Gracie Barra is conducive to learning and most importantly helps the children build confidence. My wife and I, and more importantly our son, enjoys his time spent with the instructors ar Gracie Barra O’Fallon.
