Gun is nice, until you ask to cancel. You can't do that online or over the phone, but that's stated nowhere. When I tried from the app, I was redirected to a page where I tried to request the password. I received a message that an email was sent to me, which was NOT. I thought the system was down. I waited a couple of days, but in the meantime I got charged for one more month. I called and was told I had to go to the gym in person. Finally they canceled. I asked if they could stop the pending transaction and was told that they won't and they actually will charge me one more month after that because they have a 30 day cancelation policy, that not their fault if I decided not to go anymore. So I'm paying for 2 extra months that I won't use because I'm moving.

My wife and I signed up for this gym as well as PT. Our personal trainer was great! Unfortunately we had some things come up and had to cancel back in July. I was told both of our accounts were closed and we haven’t been back. Fast forward to November, I check our bank and we’ve been getting billed by EOS because they apparently didn’t cancel my wife’s membership and now they just charged us for the annual fee. I called to have it resolved and they said because there’s no notes, they can’t guarantee a refund AND since they need a 30 day notice they will only now process the cancel of my wife’s account and still have to charge another monthly membership fee. Absolutely ridiculous!

I love this gym, I currently go to planet fitness but wish I could switch here. The only thing stopping me is the hours and slight lack of amenities. Most gyms are open until at least midnight. Sadly the Roy one is open much longer and has a lot more amenities for the SAME price, but is way too far away from me. I really wish they would add things like tanning and the cinema workout room and definitely expand the hours.

EOS is an Amazing facility! As a small business owner I applaud good customer service when I receive it! Kaitlyn, the cute little Ginger at the front desk was on point ( Friendly, Informative and just had an overall GOOD VIBE)! The Blond built like a Brick-House took time to ask me personal questions with a smile and the Beautiful Brunette serving supplement samples knew her products and ingredients. Great job and I will be a repeat customer when back in the area!!

Great Gym for the price, lots of amenities. My only complaint is that the prices online aren't super accurate. The joining fee is way higher than they say online and online didn't mention the 50 dollar a year membership fee. Which makes 9.99 a month more like $14.16 dollars a month excluding the big joining fee. Considering it will cost you hundreds of dollars stop and restart a membership it's not really "month to month" in the conventional way. Still 14 bucks is a really good deal compared to other gyms.

I wanted to thank the team from EOS fitness for helping me out with a gym pass for the week. I am here for my daughter softball tournament and they got me in so quick. Thank you and what a wonderful gym and awesome team and customer service here.

I was traveling and dropped into this gym to take a fitness class. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and Ann the instructor was energetic and well prepared. The other members even helped me get set up. Great place to work out.

Awesome gym! Plenty of equipment in excellent condition and love that they have basketball gym, pool, and tanning booths. Will definitely be back!! Ethan was very helpful with the check in process :)

Great gym experience!!! I'm from out of town but decided to check them out while visiting some family in Ogden and it was GREAT. Good equipment and AWESOME staff! They're very welcoming and friendly. I hope you are lucky enough to be helped by Shay, she is very KIND and helpful! Shay is the BEST!!THANKS EOS Gym!!!!!

I have loved this gym for many years. It is so busy now its not very fun to go. The Sauna is a main reason I go in the winter and it is so BAD. It needs a remodel like years ago! Steam room was broken forever! 6-8months. The Staff is almost always great! 80% of the gym is clean day time cleaning staff ROCKS! Daycare needs to be a lower age.
