Super friendly staff, and conveniently located. This gym has everything you need to get a solid workout in. Here out of state for a business trip and was not disappointed, really close to hotels in the area.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This gym is dirty, equipment is old and doesn’t work, TVs don’t work and if they do it’s the same channel on all of them. The customer service is terrible. If you stop your membership at this gym you should do it in writing, because their staff is incompetent. Don’t believe them when they tell you they have it in the computer. Warning has been offered. Go elsewhere!

Easy to sign up for out-of-towners, great customer service (shout out to Madie & Karashea) clean equipment & facilities with everything you need.If you're looking for a gym during travel, this is THE BEST. If you're local, it's still the best.Thanks to all the staff for a great experience!

The child care at EŌS had gone downhill since they acquired Gold Gyms. Most of the staff in the child care at EŌS Ogden is not friendly or inviting to the kids, on multiple occasions I have walked in where the staff was sitting or laying in the floor on their phone and not paying attention to the kids at all and on two occasions now have let my 1.5 year old play in the bathroom where he was putting his hands in the toilet. I’ve brought this to their attention and nothing changes. Child care at EŌS Ogden is my last resort and when I do use it I keep my workouts to 30-45 min.

This is the nicest looking gym that I have seen in a long time and the equipment is great. Leonard and Ethan were very helpful in hooking us up with a day pass. I live about an hour away from EOS but this gym is so nice that it is sooo worth making the drive. Love this place!!

Great gym. I mean until you want to leave the gym. Then they suck.My fiancé had his trainer move away so he wanted to stop personal training. He has contacted them 5-6 times since October requesting cancelation of his personal training fee. Not the membership. Just one fee. And they have continually charged him every single month despite our requests.It has been 4 months, with no end in sight. Every month they say they will make sure the charge is canceled. Then, there the charge is the next month.The first time we thought it was a fluke. They said it will likely still go through for Oct because we didn’t give them enough notice. So it went through in October. Not perfect but we were aware it would likely be one more charge.Then it came through again in November. Okay mistakes happen. We reach out to remind them we canceled this. No need for a refund just please make sure it’s canceled.“No problem” says they gym.There it is again and again. Every time we reach out asking, please stop charging us. We are met with very pleasant “why yes of course” and no follow through.Now we both want to quit the gym and go elsewhere.I try to cancel online. It’s not an option.I try to cancel over the phone. Not an option.You are required to cancel in person.They are living up to every gym stereotype out there. Terrible service.How extremely frustrating.

I honestly don't like to give bad reviews.I would rate this as 5 🌟 except for the service. The gym is clean and pleasant to work out in. The employees are also very nice. I purchased a membership for a friend, it was used once. I asked for a cancelation and was placed on hold then billed twice. Can't not get a refund or even an apology for the mistake. Hopefully, I will not be billed again. Very disappointing.

Been charged 4 months with of membership even after I went in and cancelled.I was in utah for the summer. Loved the gym while I was there but was told to go in and talk to the staff to cancel my membership before I moved. Talked to the staff and was told my membership was canceled. I didn’t think anything of it but it’s been over 4 months and still being charged. I’ve emailed last week without any response back. I understand it’s the new year but it shouldn't be this difficult.I’ll try and call either today or tomorrow. Very disappointed.

I Canceled my membership I had since 2016, actually pretty sad about it. it seems like corporate doesn’t really care about this facility, the steam room is the main reason I attended this gym and it’s usually broken more often than not, it stays broken for VERY long periods of time, I’m talking months. No exaggeration here genuinely. The gym is also insanely packed. The employees are nice and have great attitudes though, if you care about that. The equipment just stays broken far to long for my liking, as where other gyms would have it fixed in a few days. Gym floor equipment will stay broken for very long amounts of time as well.

Predatory when you try to cancel. Was told when I signed up it was month by month, stop paying & my account gets canceled. Am now on month 2 of trying to cancel my account, they still try to bill my card, management has been 0 help.Update - Talked to the manager in person, was told the employee I signed up with has had customer service issues in the past & the information he told me was false, but I'd still be liable for the fees incurred on my account (for their employee's issue). I now have to get a new debit card number because this buissiness keeps charging me after an error on their part and will not resolve the issue without payment. STAY FAR AWAYUpdate 2 - Management said to email them to resolve, has not responded.Update 3 - paid $190 to cancel 2 accounts that I was told would be canceled automatically if I stopped payment. Never going back, EOS is a trash company
