To crowded, So much up sale. And the “cool” stuff you go there for never works. Do not recommend.

Tried the one week trial. Will never go back. I usually love working out in the morning best way to start your day. Staff here are friendly. The gym has the equipment I like to use. The problem are some of the patrons. I live one block away and would walk there. I have almost been hit at the intersection of keisel and 23rd almost everyday because people don't stop at the stop signs because they don't pay attention. People rushing to get to the gym in the morning should really think about safety.I'm going back to Vasa.

Considering I've never stepped foot in a gym because of confidence issues. I was really nervous but the staff is super friendly, very welcoming and willing to encourage you any way they can and willing to answer any questions that you have. My first question was if someone starts body shaming me what are you going to do? They said they have zero tolerance for body shaming and that they will be kicked out and not welcomed back. I am very happy to be a member of this gym

Best gym that I have Found! I travel a lot for work and always seek out a local gym instead of settling for inadequate hotel fitness rooms. The friendly staff and unsurpassed amenities make this my "go to" gym whenever I'm in the Salt Lake City area. It's also the benchmark that I compare other gyms to...this is by far the best!!!

I was visiting from out of town and chose this gym to workout. It is a very large facility right in the center of town that includes an indoor pool. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I had a great week. Facilities were clean and met all of my needs. Would absolutely come again!

The staff is very friendly and happy to see you come and workout. The trainers have a great plan for each person so that you get what you want to get out of the gym. And the gym is very clean.

Extremely horrible customer service. We switched our Gold's account to EOS accounts and were still getting charged for our Gold's account for 3 months. I brought that up with EOS in March, to spare you the most tiring details, we finally got corporate involved and it now is taken care of but we still won' be credited for our double charges and caught up until October. This started in January....and it will finally be resolved in October. So if you switched your accounts over make sure you're not being charged still for your old one, and if you are, I pray you have a much better and timely experience than we did. I ended up cancelling my membership due to how horrible EOS has been to us, we got our Gold's memberships in 2013, and this is how they treated their loyal customers they gained from Gold's.

Decent gym but basketball court leaks when it rains or snow melts. Been like that for over a year and still no fix.Workout areas are good and locker rooms stay relatively clean.

Facilities are good.Canceling membership because I’m buying my own at home workout equipment.I called them to cancel and told them my reasoning and the girl tells me she can’t cancel my membership unless I go in person and sign documents to cancel. I was like “Can you just email them to me?” And she said “No, the only way to cancel is to come in and sign in person.”I then called a different location and they were able to cancel my membership over the phone with no issue in less than a minute.Annoyed at the shady attempt to try and stop me from cancelling. Like just respect your customers and they’ll respect you ya know?
