It can’t get much easier having a trainer come to your home and bring all the necessary equipment to give you a great workout in 30 minutes! Obi is very enthusiastic, energetic and motivating! 3 workouts in with Obi and we’re feeling correct in our choice as him for our trainer. He’s guiding us ( my husband and I) in our nutrition.( 4 lbs down for each of us) His workouts are challenging but not intimidating or beyond what we can do physically. He tailors around ailments but pushes you enough to feel it for a couple days. So far there has been no running on the dreadmill or push-ups and I am super grateful for that! Thanks Obi!

I just started training with Obi and when I say he is a great trainer that is underestimating him. I pointed out that I have a bad knee due to a past injury and my good knew is starting to feel the repercussion of doing most of the work.He explained that he himself has had injuries and was able to fully rehabilitate from them while working out the whole time. Even with his affirmation I was still hesitant because I’ve worked with trainers saying they knew how to work around it and that wouldn’t be the case. I would end up with such pain I could hardly function during my day.Obi came in with such energy I actually felt a little afraid for myself (my Knees) LOL! , my first workout was so intense, I’ve never worked out my legs that hard and not have my knees swell/In constant pain and be out for 2-3 days before I can work my legs again.Goodness, that whole day and still, my leg muscles where in pain (the good pain) from such a work out, but my knees have never felt so good, PAIN FREE!I’m so excited to keep working with Obi
