Never worked with a personal trainer until not long ago that I found Obi on IG, and contacted him to start a new journey.He is a amazing human being and trainer, he is one to care for his clients. Because of it he will push you to your own limits and will help you improve on a pace that you wouldn't imagine.He also makes it way more easier since he comes to you and brings everything you need.He is totally the best option.

If you think that training with Obi is gonna be like any other kind of training you've done, you're wrong. Obi not only keeps track of what you eat, he gives you active pointers on staying healthy. Rather than asking you to eliminate what you like eating, he gives you pointers on how to make it healthier. And his workouts are the strongest part of all that he offers. 30 minutes is all it takes, and I can guarantee you won't survive through all of it. I can not tell you how much he puts you through, and how much you stand to gain. All that he says, he backs up and prooves it even if you don't ask him to. Obi is the only trainer you can get if you really want to improve yourself.

Obi is very competent about fitness, upbeat personality, highly motivated and seems invested in your personal success...Before deciding on a trainer, I’d go to the gym and workout sporadically but unsure exactly what needed to be done to get the results I wanted. I had my first workout with Obi and let me tell you…it was challenging! This is a game changer for me, looking forward on reaching my goal… with Obi there to give me that little push along the way.

STILL SWEATING!Seriously, if you are looking for a personal trainer who really knows what they are doing but cares about every single one of his clients, Obi is your guy!I've trained with Obi for a while now and he really knows how to bring out the best in you. I have never worked with a trainer before and I was hesitant to want to start, however I'm really glad I did. Obi has made me feel comfortable from the start. He takes the time to teach me why we are doing things. He not only pushes me to take my workouts further than I ever have before but also keeps in touch with throughout my day to talk about what I'm eating, sending me workouts to do on my own, and teaching me what I need to know. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is serious about getting results.

Obi Owoh is a great trainer. Ever since we started training together, I have made very great results! He always finds a way to make training sessions fun and different by implementing new workouts every time. Most trainers have the same routine but when I train with obi I am always getting something new which forces my body to change and grow. Overall he is a great trainer and a great person and it’s always a 10/10 experience!
