With all current state of things for me personally the I miss the actual 24 hour services that were there before the pandemic but what can you do, aside from people slamming machine weights and leaving free weights on the ground or not put away and leavings paper towels all over and blocking stations to just talk, it's a killer gym few things left unsaid lost it's 2 stars lol 🤣

Why does it always take 2 - 3 weeks with your franchises to replace a broken cable ?? Its been almost 3 weeks on the calve machine now...thats inexuseable. Had the same problem with the west valley location . Time to switch

My experience at Planet fitness is totally excellent and comfortable

Love this place! The staff is so amazing, helpful, and most of all motivational! Yes, sometimes it gets a little busy/crowd meter isn't always accurate, but you still can do your workouts! This is my go-to place!**Updated 9/14I'm not going to lie. This was my go-to place for the past year along my weight loss journey. The original review was spot on "when I left it at the time." The staff has now since changed, and it shows. I loved seeing Syd, Hunter, and Mike (he is still there), but the rest of the staff, I am very iffy with. They seem annoyed to be there. Cleaning supplies are rarely stocked now, or like today, the paper towels went even in the dispenser. They just sat on top of the garbage can. Most of the time, when equipment breaks, within a few days, it's fixed. Not so much anymore.Original staff I'd always see talking to other members when they came in. It felt pleasant coming in. Now it's like they could care less you are there! Rarely see someone walking around with cleaning supplies to restock, let alone clean.I'll continue going because it is very close to me. However, the energy and positive attitude of staff when you walk in is not there!

Not a lot of people and clean! The showers were amazing and clean! Also the curtains closed all the way. Huge variety of equipment and they seemed to all be maintained and working.

Planet fitness is perfect for what I need in a gym, I’m able to get there for a quick workout, the schedule is convenient, they have a tanning available, and I can use my membership wherever I travel.

Terrible gym, no organization at all. I canceled my membership after a month and they still charged an annual fee which I was told would not happen by the manager 3 times. Now I have a late fee on my car insurance, once they do finally pay me back, and they say they won’t refund my money for at least a week. So now I have no car and a delinquent account. STAY AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS!!! With the annual fee and only one month of use they charged me over $80. Don’t make the same mistake I did. There are much better gyms in the area and I guarantee they charge less for a way better gym experience.

They’re supposed to be open at 6am and it’s now 7:18 am and the doors are still locked during business hours

Nice gym. Super Clean. Kinda small to where by 5pm there's alot of people using equipment & waiting. Great staff

Love this gym. Stays cool with nice, overhead fans. Just wish the stretching area was more roomy.
