Update: I am still a member even after previous comment. I wanted to update this and say that I decided to lock my key inside my locker today. Very smooth move on my part. The Manager stopped what she was doing and was able to cut the lock off so I could get my stuff. She was amazing, understanding and nice. Curious. Why can the Manager's teenage son and his friend go into the black card area and use the massage beds when I blocked out some time for me yet my guest, teenage son can not? Also he knows the code to start it? Just wondering why I am a paying customer who can not let my son in with me because ....he is a teenager in my sight.....but management can.

The staff is incredible. As is the personal trainer... he is energetic, empathetic and strict when he needs to be. They are always happy to help in anyway. The gym is clean and very well maintained. I have brought my sons as guests several times (even “accessorized” them with the gym bag and water bottle... very fairly priced) and they love it there. I see future members...😉😁. The tanning is well maintained and clean.... the locker rooms are amazing.... even a hair dryer!!! Thank you to the staff at Planet Fitness in So Ogden, Utah. I look forward to a long fitness relationship for years to come.

Don’t join this gym use another one. The exterior parking lot lights are non functioning. I brought it up to the staff they said there is nothing they can do. I have noticed homeless people sleeping in their cars outside in the parking lot.The staff is immature young and rude. They spend most of their time behind the front desk texting on their phones. They are very unfriendly, no greeting when you enter, instead you are greeted with “I don’t want to be here” attitude.Several times I notice snot in the drinking fountain. Trash on the floor in the dressing room. Over flowing trash cans. This place is very dirty. They don’t seem to have a cleaning crew.The other gym users never smile, use several machines at once. They leave machines without cleaning their sweat off.All this takes place under the watchful eye of the high school kid at the front desk with their nose in their phone.I certainly won’t be returning, nor will my 6 other family members.

You cannot go wrong for 10 bucks a month here! I even have a personal trainer named Cameron, who is absolutely amazing, and I use him 5 times per week, Monday through Friday, for an hour and a half per workout. It truly is remarkable that this is included in the price! Like literally, there are no catches, I have a personal trainer is still just $10 per month! This gym is literally changing my health and life for the better. I love how close it is to where I live as well.

New Owners and New Management have made a great difference! Cleaning is done over night. The hydro massage beds are amazing. The tanning bulbs are changed so frequently now and I appreciate that! The trainer, Cameron, is amazing and included in every membership..... that’s huge to me , I’ve never been anywhere that you can meet with and use the trainer as much as you want and take as many classes as you want for no additional charge ... FREE with any membership. and he so helpful.... he explains things in terms that I understand and is great at designing a plan to target my problem areas, the staff are always friendly and great. Their memberships are ZERO COMMITMENT! So o can cancel at anytime if I need to. There is a sort of peace of mind knowing that. Also I must say I love that the locker room always smells so nice and clean!

Myl name is Lisa Lay and I have been a member of Planet FItness since July 2012. I have followed Claudia from the 2nd street Planet Fitness to this location and I have gone from 365 pounds to 291 and still dropping. The entire atmosphere of the gym is so friendly. I am huge on customer service. You give me great customer service I am loyal for life. The entire staff is amazing and Claudia hires the BEST people. I adore this gym so much and try to go every day. A recent hip injury has side lined me and it stinks not being able to go. The gym is beautiful, clean, a perfect temperature, perfect location, the music is at just the right level it is just so top notch. Highly highly recommend!!!!! It is such an amazing value!!!!!!

ENJOYED It!! There are alot of things i loved about this location. I come from Texas and i used to go the one i had over there but it felt downgraded compared to this one! We didn't had a weight scale, the rest rooms/locker room were smaller, we didn't had the 360 area, we didn't had some machines this location has, we didn't had an update water fountain for our water bottles, It's just a huge difference! This will definitely be my gym home!

Nice gym, a good variety of equipment, and always a friendly staff. Always greet, and say goodbye. Busy days are the worst as the equipment gets taken up quickly, waits are longer for the Black Card Member's area. Everything is well maintained, definitely a judgement-free zone!

Two different occasions I was told that my account was way past due. The first time I just paid them thinking it wasn't a big deal, this time I checked, and what do you know I've had $20 automatically withdrawn from my bank every month. Even when I showed the employee my bank statements on my phone, they insisted that my account hadn't been paid, and that I needed to call a manager to figure it out. Well I called and talked with a manager who was at least kind and helpful, and figured out that I was in the clear, but it still bugged me that I had to go out of my way to prove to them that I've been paying. This same thing happened TWICE! Sorry Planet but you've lost my business, as soon as my contract is up I'm moving on to a real gym.
