Hate to pay this much to show up on a Monday morning to a locked building at 7:15 AM. I wonder how many people’s morning was thrown off? Smh.In general, the only plus side of this gym is that it isn’t very crowded.Equipment is dated and a lot is broken. No towel service. Planet fitness would be cheaper and better quality.

This gym changed my life! The manager Jerry helped me get back into shape, lose my depression and throw off 60 pounds! A complete life changer. Thank you Genesis and thank you Jerry for your everlasting wisdom!!!!!

I have always liked location, but steam room is why I have stayed at gym.. but it’s seems like it’s never working! Also in Womens locker room, shower in the middle needs a shower curtain. Otherwise I like cycling and classes you offer!

This is the best club I have been too. The staff are always personable and helpful. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go, I feel welcome and that means a lot to me. The variety of classes and machines are fantastic!

I got a gym membership back in May and was paired with Reuben Scott as a personal trainer. He was very motivating and encouraging throughout my training, and I decided to take on another 3 months of PT. It has changed my workout drastically. I feel like I got a workout and an education in one. The other gyms may have pools or tennis courts, but they don't have Reuben! Also, side note, Reuben's boot camp classes on Thursdays at 6:30 are the most intense workouts ever.

First of all it’s was extremely difficult to cancel my subscription. Cancelled a few weeks back finally in person and now I see another monthly charge on my account. Canceling a membership should not be this difficult of a process.

Update: they worked things out with me and refunded money.I signed up right before Covid hit and the gyms shut down, and shortly after that I moved out of state due to a family emergency. Before I left, I called and discussed the need to cancel the contract, then met in person to tell them more about my emergency and request. I was told they'd get back to me when I called, and when I met in person, too. Later when trying to rebuild my life they begin charging me again. I've called and nobody returns my calls ever. I'm still being charged. Unfortunately the emergency has compounded when evacuating Gulf Coast plus other ongoing family emergency. Obviously the money is more important than a person's well being to this company - ???

Horrible. No AC. Not a single clock worked in the building. The cycle bikes are on their last leg. I had to go through 3 before finding one that worked. Don’t waste your time! Genesis doesn’t care about employees OR members

I've had to update my review. Still my favorite gym, but yet again this morning it wasn't opened on time. This happens about 2x per month. Gym used to be 24 hours, now it struggles to open at 5 AM consistently.
