It is not the club I joined in 2002. It is not well kept, the trainers are few and far between. My trainer who has now left said there where only 2 part time trainers to work with the clients my trainer was leaving behind. My husband and I decided to leave as soon as our contract was done and join a place with a bit more class. The person, LEO, has yet to return any of my (3 ) calls and also told me there was nothing else to do once my contract was over and i did tell him I did not want to renew. But that was in-correct information, I do need to go and sign papers that i will not be renewing. Would not recommend this gym as it is today, it needs help!!!! there is a reason trainers are not sticking around!!!!

They have the best indoor track out of all the Genesis. As a "Day gym goer", it's nice because everyone has their own routine so plenty of space and the equipment you need is always available for use. Also they are updating the gym and putting in some turf. So if your an athlete this should be your go to gym once that gets put in and if you need help getting in shape. I recommend every one get a trainer to help accomplish all fitness goals. *Weight loss/building muscle/increasing strength/Improving athletic ability/ motivation/ fixing Imbalances*anything fitness related, it's worth $ to invest in yourself. 💪

I joined the month- to -month option in January 9, 2021 because I am out of the state for four months. When I signed up, they told me it was not a big deal to put it on hold for that time period for $10 a month. Well, it was! I worked out at 5am in the morning and there was never a manager on staff at the time, so I had to conduct it over the phone. It took several phone calls from me and many written messages from the early am staff member to the manager to call me. It was weeks before I connected with anyone. So it finally worked out, only to discover that the second month of being gone, a $41.73 "Enhancement fee" appeared! I called and they told me it was in my contract. Amazing all the slick things that appear in fine print, but are not verbalized. They claim all gyms have it. Well. the wonderful and original Prairie Life never had it and treated their members with consideration. I terminated my contract as of today. YMCA, here I come!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Have been charging me after I was told my account would be closed and now I have to pay off the full balance and nothing they can do!!! I called within time frame never got a call back. Now I’m being penalized for it! I haven’t even used there facilities once!!! Terrible management and ownership!!! I will never recommend this place unless someone wants to be screwed over!!!

Been there twice in the last week! Loved the pool and bike area. Everyone has been helpful, even the members.

This gym is great. I have been going to it for 3 years now. Always friendly staff. Their daycare is great also. They do arts and crafts with the kids and take them into the gymnasium for excersise from time to time. The machines are always working. They have a person that comes around and cleans all the time.

I love that this gym is never super busy when I go. I always see at least one person cleaning either machines or locker rooms or both and that gives me peace of mind that cleanliness is important to them.

I enjoy this'll gym, however I do think it's a bit pricey. I can understand why though when members leave the water running, or their kids in the lobby area. It is nice I just wish it were $5-10 cheaper.
