Expensive with a rigid cancellation policy. I cancelled after getting a work transfer out of state. I had to call a few times to cancel my membership because you can only do so with a manager. Two weeks after cancelling I was charged $169 for another month of membership. I asked for an exception since I am not in the area any longer and was told to pound sand. Just be aware that they charge if you sign up for a class and can’t make it, they charge for a heart monitor, and they charge for your last month even if you cancel and are not in town.

I love Downtown OTF! It’s never the same workout yet always effective. The coaches are well-trained, they care about our progress and won’t let us do a lift incorrectly so they keep us safe as well. They are encouraging and make each class so fun! The staff is always positive too. OTF is the best experience for physical and mental health.

I love OTF. I haven’t found any other gym where I push myself as I do during it’s classes. And the best thing is that each one sets their own pace, you compete against yourself.

Not only is all the staff amazing here but all of the members are as well. I love that the workouts are designed by experts and that every class is coached by very knowledgeable, friendly trainers. The coaches are always there to, not only tell us what to do, but to make sure we are doing the exercises properly and to help scale the workouts to fit everyone's individual fitness level and physical limitations. The coaches are always trying to keep us motivated and they keep us accountable. The members are also very friendly. I have not had one bad experience with any member and the coaches are constantly encouraging the members to get to know one another and encourage each other. It's a lot like working out with a group of friends.4/8/23 Update: Nothing to change. I still feel the same way. It is still very much worth the price.
