The culture and energy generated by the staff was my favorite part. I enjoyed the layout of the space as well. Everything was explained in a thorough manner and I felt like my presence was valued.

Amazing studio! I was visiting Omaha and did a couple of drop ins. Both the trainers and team were super kind and made me feel welcome even though I was only joining for a couple days. The trainers took time to explain the work outs and I left with an improved rowing technique thanks to their help and attention. Loved the sessions and how supportive everyone was, including members! I would 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Omaha next year.

I highly recommend OTF Downtown Omaha. The coaches there really care for you and I have never felt out of place. In the past 7 months since starting in September 2021, I have lost 20lbs and have gone from a slow walk to a 4-5mph jog. If you want caring coaches and members that both support and push you this is the place for you.

It was very inspiring! Loved having the coach! Felt great even though it pushed me. Love how the studio is set up! Love the heart moniter and the tech used to make the optimal workout session!

Just joined a few weeks ago & have loved my experience so far! The coaches are enthusiastic, intentional with checking in, and provide an overall great workout experience. I was looking for extra accountability with my fitness, which is exactly what OT has provided so far!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff (desk workers and coaches) at OTF downtown. They are extremely helpful and genuinely care about me as an individual. They truly want what’s best for everyone. My experience here has been life changing both physically and mentally.

Great studio! I normally attend in a different state. Everything was super spacious, and the coach Sacha was great. She gave more form instruction and corrections than typical, and you could tell she really cared. My only tip to the studio is to get rower iPads!

I was recommended Orangetheory by a nutritionist and decided to give it a go with the free class. I left there with an unlimited membership. It was intimidating at first but then you realize the max class size is 24 and everyone is at a different level. It was OK that I'm way out of shape as long as I pushed myself at my pace not comparing me to others in the room. The coaches keep you motivated and I leave feeling like I worked my butt off.
