I loved all of it! I like that the instructor was really nice and helpful and she would check in on you throughout the workout. I also loved that there was different levels for the treadmill part so you did not have to run if you did no want to.

The staff was great from the time I walked in the door. Time was taken out to explain everything to me. Thank goodness I was told to watch the video before I came for my first workout. Saha is great and very energetic and motivating as was the group that I worked out with. I’m signed up and looking forward to my next session

I'm so glad we have one of these downtown now. And it's just as good as any of the others I've been to all over the country. NOW GO GET SWOLL.

One of the BEST OTF Locations out there. The staff truly cares about its clients and pushes you to get better every time you step in the gym. OTF is exceptionally clean and creates a safe environment to come get a workout.

I love this place! The staff and coaches are so kind and personable. I’ve always felt like they want me to succeed and get everything out of my workout. I’ve seen results from the workouts and I encourage everyone to give this location a try!

Every workout is different. You mix it up well! Every workout presents a challenge and it’s up to each individual to rise to that challenge! You get out of it what you put into it. The constant cardio monitoring provides a good indicator of your effort level. I find that extremely effective and a great incentive.

I love Orange Theory! This was my first workout at a studio other than my Home studio In Amarillo, Tx. I would recommend OT downtown Omaha to anyone traveling or to locals. Everyone was super friendly and Coach Amira was AWEsome!
