Just joined a few weeks ago & have loved my experience so far! The coaches are enthusiastic, intentional with checking in, and provide an overall great workout experience. I was looking for extra accountability with my fitness, which is exactly what OT has provided so far!

My husband and I are members since 2021 summer. We started our journey with a free class and at the end of the class we were hooked. Over the months, we had covid on different times and one of us got injured but they were kind enough to freeze our accounts on those several occasions. (Maybe over 4 times) I have enjoyed every single challange I participated. I have been working out in different ways regularly since 2018 and have worked with a private personal trainer before, however, with orange theory I am at my fittest. I can say they offer the most effective workout model (Even though I am doing the bare minimum). Thank you all the coaches at downtown location and to Tomas for being so good on customer satisfaction level!

I love how it motivates me to push myself and it's so effective, yet quick.

Fitness staff is great, but the business side of this location is extremely rude and unwilling to resolve manners timely. The front desk people are condescending and never follow up with pending matters. I was excited to have this gym in the neighborhood but I rather drive 10 miles to a different gym then go support a rude establishment

First workout of the new year was at OTF Downtown Omaha. Sacha kept us motivated and was awesome about pointers on my form. Plus she challenged me with advanced moves.

It has been a great experience so far. I have only had Kelly and Marnie for my workouts. They are both amazing and you can tell they are passionate about what they do and everyone in the classes.

The coaches are energetic and so positive while pushing you to work hard. They put in the effort to make each class a group exercise but with individual accountability. Their standards for cleanliness are unmatched from anything else I've seen too. OT is the perfect fit for me!

When I arrived to my trial class I was unsure and nervous about what I was about to experience. In the past, I've had bad experiences with group exercise classes. From the moment that I walked in the staff that included Zach and Sacha, were attentive, friendly and encouraging. Sacha, the trainer for our class, gave me quick rundown about the class I was about to take to prep me. Sacha was great at facilitating the class, while checking in with me at every station to make sure that my form was correct and encouraging me to pause if I needed or go ahead and push myself if I felt comfortable to. I had a great first class and felt inspired to come back! The feeling of community that was present in that class and everyone encouraging each other, is a culture that begins with the studio as a whole. I am now a member.

I loved all of it! I like that the instructor was really nice and helpful and she would check in on you throughout the workout. I also loved that there was different levels for the treadmill part so you did not have to run if you did no want to.
