Bathroom not clean compared to other 24 fitnesses. Otherwise a great gym

Very dirty facility. The steam room is absolutely disgusting. Mildew everywhere. The room smells like it too.The staff… extremely rude. All of them. Yelling at guests without cause, being mouthy and rude at the front desk. Nobody seems to be maintaining the facility. Terrible staff and disgusting facility. Might as well fire everyone and shut it down.

I went for a morning workout last Sunday around 7 am. I did a quick workout and when I went to the locker room I was shocked that I was robbed. Someone opened/broke the 🔒 in my locker. They took money from my bag. I talked to the only person available (front desk’s lady ) and her response to the whole issue was: “I can write a report and I’m sorry”. Just a heads up if you planning to go to this location.

Took my patient to the aqua class for the first time. We were advised by the front desk to get there early since it was our first time. My patient was very nervous to do this class as she doesn’t like trying new things. We picked a good spot in the water so she can see the instructor. A few ladies come in 5 minutes before the class starts and asks us to move down. I thought it was rude because we had already claimed those spots 40 minutes before the class started . The pool wasn’t too crowded but this lady really wanted to stand where we were standing so we felt like we needed to move because she was giving us a hard time. At that point my patient really wanted to leave but she wanted to hang out in the jacuzzi for 5 minutes before we left so I wanted to take a 10 minute break because I have to record them for work so I wanted to step in the sauna before I had to use the restroom and as soon as I go in the instructor stops the class runs over to open the door making a scene that I need to get out right now and watch my patient. For her to do that I thought it wasn’t okay and very embarrassing. She has no idea who we are and what the situation is. My patient is independent and goes to the gym without a caretaker and I am allowed to take 10 minute breaks . I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very upsetting

Been since Covid since I have been here.Wow!!Gets really crowded weekday afternoons. No longer 24 hrs. Open 5am-10pm M-Th 5am-9pm Fri. And 6am-8pm Sat and Sun. Pool is good, just the right temp. Not too hot or cold. Sauna and steam room had a line to get in. Free weight area had people waiting to use equipment. They have some new treadmills. Lots of room to do ropes, free stretching, plyo's you name it. I will try early morning and midday for a change.

This is the best location in OC actually fix everything instead of leaving it broken for 3 months. I live in Irvine but I still drive to this location because it's well-maintained and clean unlike the Irvine location
