I was just raving about how good this gym was and driving 20 mins for the clean steamroom. Today I go and some girl is using essential oils on the steamer. THATS NOT WHAT YOU DO. PLEASE PUT A SIGN UP SAYING NO. I've switched 3 gyms cause of the same issue I'm tired of it.

The new maintenance guy must be best friends with Andrew the manager. Must be the only reason the men bathrooms are allowed to be as dirty as the Venice Beach public bathrooms. The urinals have so much calcium build up do to the urine, because they are NEVER cleaned the ammonia smell do to the urine build up burns your nostrils. Collection if week old gum, when he does sweep he just spreads the urine on the floor all over the bathroom and the smell is unbearable!!! The toilets are always dirty with wet paper all over. Just disgusting. Makes me wonder how Andrew is able to use the bathrooms without doing nothing about them???

Super Clean, I never realized how much of a dump my other 24-Hour location was till I came here. Mall parking kind of a bummer but overall excellent

1. Is not a 24 hour fitness. As a matter of fact is the only gym on the area closing as early as 9pm!2. Since they close early the crowds after 5pm are unbearable! Impossible to have a decent workout3. Asked different teenagers if they were on a free pass and sure enough. This location is giving free passes to High school students making the gym more crowded..... and YOU who is paying 45 a month for a membership can barely workout!4. Since H.S students enter for free...the groups of 4+ people per machine increasing the wait time.5. Constant broken machinery.Santa Ana location is a much better option!!!!!

This gym is okay. I’d like to see more cleanliness. The floors and equipment are dirty and the sauna looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. A pair of lashes were sitting near the window for the last week and hasn’t been cleaned. Also, I’d really wish their hours were back to what they used to be.

Be it known after initial rating of three stars they promised improvement and they did thus now get five.It could be better and it could be worse in general all these facilities have moved back from years ago and one thinks it'd be the otherway around! I think it's the same old odd reason and that is if you are getting busier and are growing in number of clients you don't feel the urge to improve , one thing this place is in need of improvement is the water pressure in the showers it's sad to face a trickle of a flow not even a so so medium flow but low flow reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where they all got those damp flat hair due to low flow showers now I'm mindful of water waste and all but come on you can do better.Updated:Those who know me know Truth is my concern friend or foe so it's the thanks I owe to the owner of this particular location I visited today and the showers have improved dramatically I checked every stall and the owner was truthful when he promised to fix the low flow showers. I thank him now and happy showers people.
