The new reserved workout time is actually really nice. The low occupancy allows you to get the machines and weights you want without having to wait. The cleaner workout environment is really nice too. I like that members and staff cleaning the machines so often.

Good overall, nothing great especially for the price. Facilities are usually pretty clean compared to other 24s, disappointed they stopped the towel service (even though it's a super sport...) a while back, never enough mats or foam rollers, decent shape for the equipment. They advertise free wifi (sometimes need it since it's mostly all underground) and it rarely works.Since they reopened from the covid stuff, pool, sauna and steam room are closed. About half to 1/3rd of cardio available, showers are turned off but weight equipment seems to still all be there and available.

**THIS 19 HOUR FITNESS CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT**I really, really wanted to dock this gym for cutting my workout short by an hour and a half but I just can't. A departure from the standard, it is by far the most well-managed 24 Hour Fitness I've hit up.Staff is personable and clean up weights when clients don't have the sense to. Bathrooms and lockers are prestine and roomy. It also has everything a workout fanatic could want. Space, variety, orgazation and service are what gyms should strive for.Go to this one. Just not late night. =)

I wanted to transfer here. Unfortunately, the wait according to customer service was 7 to 10 days.

Im very pleased with the service i received from this location. The front desk was very helpful and understanding. I was upset with my overall experience and went in to cancel my membership but the front desk girl named Annie was very kind and listened to my concerns and helped address all my questions.

Discontinuing towel service December 21?! Better reduce member ship fees then for one thing. Gym is ok. Usually overcrowded and u have to wait for a station that someone is hogging up.... Luckily we are on a trial and are considering taking our business elsewhere. I'll be making sure to spread the word.
