They have been raising rates and offering lot less including closing locations.Read other reviewers complaints. The good reviews are employees of 24.

The place is turning into a pigsty. Weights and dumbbells not returned to their proper spot, towels and water bottles abandoned and not picked up. One weight bench I know of hasn't been cleaned in at least 4 months. I've never seen a manager, let alone one walking the floor to see what's going on. When I first started there a little over a year ago, I would see employees going around tidying up, but no more.

This location is one of the best very friendly staff and its always clean with the exception of bathrooms and showers. The showers smell awful like stagnet water and the bathroom always has floaters or piss on the toilet seats and toilet paper on floor. Other then that equipment always clean very friendly staff and members one of the best

The staff are nice, they greet you when you arrive and say bye when you leave. The locker room is kept clean.The machine equipment are fairly new. However, some are not maintained on the regular basis. For example: half of the treadmills you cannot hear the sound of the TV when you plug in the earphone. They have been out of order for a long long time. No one fixed them.

The staff is nice but I have never had any complaints so I don't know how they handle a difficult situation. They greet u when u enter and say good bye when u leave which is nice.I go there because they give you towels to use while u work out. That is a MAJOR plus for me. That's basically why I go to 24 hrs and not some other gym.
