This is the most horrible gym ever to goto the staff are very rude even the manager Oscar bad customer service ever !! There pool has ring worms !! The girls bathroom always has blood or nasty stuff on the toilets ! Even the bathroom with the shower always smells like sex ! I loved this gym but the way they treated me was so uncalled for

The club offers a variety of exercise classes and isn’t too crowded. The big problem for me is it’s in a basement and doesn’t offer free WiFi. Often I can’t even get a single bar of cellular data. All my music has to be downloaded. No streaming. They should offer dedicated WiFi with a sign in code.

It honestly pains me to write such a negative review or comment about this place but, it must be done. I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 years now and love the whole facility. Spacious, new equipment, and fun basketball court. The staff is great too but it’s the management team who flat out fail at their jobs.A few days ago, I was playing a typical five vs five full court game that most people do at ANY 24 hour fitness. My friends and I were there since 6pm playing multiple games without any problems. Then at 10:30pm 3 guys decided to shoot around which is completely fine but, they wouldn’t move out of the way when 10 people are running full force back down the court. When we politely asked them to “pay attention to the game” or “heads up we’re running back down” they responded by just being rude and still stood in the middle of the courts. No one cared they were shooting around but, more concerned about the safety of everyone playing. If one person wasn’t paying attention, anyone could have been severely injured. And everyone, especially the staff, always stress that safety is always #1 priority. When all 10 people playing basketball stopped our game to ask these guys for the 4th/5th time to please move out of the way if the game comes back, they reacted by trying to fight, cursing, and trying to create an issue that didn’t need to be caused in the first place. At EVERY 24 hour fitness, it’s common sense to try to do your best to move out of the way if anyone is trying to play basketball. We approached the “management” team to help us out or try to remedy the situation and, all we got was some bs excuses and a lecture on the “rules” of the court. Adam one of these “managers” was just not helpful and somewhat belittling. When we tried to explain anything, Adam literally pretended to listen & responded with an answer that had nothing to do with what we were talking about. There are clear rules posted at the court about “player sign ups to play next” and “safety first” etc. Listening to Adam trying to lecture about irreverent points, disregard any notion of safety, speaking to people in a condescending tone, and acting as if we were the problem & that we were causing an issue was shocking. Truthfully speaking, that was the moment I decided to discontinue my membership at this gym. Adam even knows and has seen most of us play basketball for multiple years now and not once did he have a single problem with any of us. When he can’t accurately respond to the real issues at hand - he fails at his job. It’s sad when someone like him is suppose to be one of the “faces” of the gym and gets paid with my money that goes to that gym. I’m sorry, I can’t live with that at all.

This gym has been pretty good to me over the time I have been going to it. At first I had been pretty hit and miss with showing up and developed pretty bad form from being lazy. Recently I got set up with a personal trainer for to get back into the swing of things doing it the right way.Sarah has been a phenomenal help in the last month. With a physical therapy background she has helped correct my form while also giving advice on dealing with past injuries from motorcycle accidents. At first I was hesitant to take up a trainer, however, working with Sarah has immensely improved my experience here.My only two complaints about this location have been the organization of the weights, and lack of service for music streaming. The gym it's self DOES have a WiFi service, however, when it is busy it simply does not have the bandwidth to keep up.Over all I have enjoyed my experience at this location and will continue to. It does have its quirks, but at the end of the day it is great to see the smiling staff and get a workout done.

The pool is nice, but the weights are always a mess which to me is the most annoying. Organizing them once a week is not enough. Equipment is rarely cleaned. Reception is terrible since it's underground. Looks more like a Sport than a Super Sport. Try Yorba Linda or Fullerton off of Imperial those facilities are amazing.

Kyle at the front desk was really helpful. He literally answered all my questions.

Clean place, lots of good cardio equipment, could use more fixed weight machines, but the pool and racquetball court are a nice plus
