Awesoem staff freindly service great manager!! Recommend this location more than anyol other ones (especially Anaheim [Katella] and the Buena Park [Knott Ave] locations) had so much trouble there. But here they make you feel welcomed.

I had a membership here for almost a year untill they charged me $25 for a late payment fee, unbelievable because I had automatic payments and they never had an issue before, I came over to the club demanding my money back and Rubí said she couldn't do anything so I cancelled my membership, days passed and I got another charged another $10. What the hell, I came over to the club and Rubí said she could only return the late fee charge, how come 10 days ago she couldn't do that. Waited to talk to an area manager for ever and nothing was solved. Spend a couple dollars more and get a real gym membership with real, professional and smart customer service.

It's a nice place to go if you're able to be extremely creative with your workout sessions... There are a TON of treadmills, stationary bicycles, and machines... however there are not enough free weights by FAR. Every time I go in I have to scrounge a bench and free weights. There are a ton of people that visit this gym to use free weights specifically, so I think it would benefit PF's clientele greatly to decrease the # of treadmills and increase the amount of square footage dedicated to free weights.I usually have to wait 5-10 minutes to catch a bench and start my sessions.There are very rarely any people in a section of the gym that's dedicated to a pre-designed 30-minute cycle.Do not go to this gym if you're experienced or know what you're doing. It'll just be frustrating. The gym is perfect for me just based on how close I live to it. Would never have signed up if that wasn't the case. Great gym for casual gym goers!

Definitely recommend. Nice and clean location. People work out hard here (vs some PFs where people seem kind of lazy sitting around). Definitely recommend. They have 12 minute abs area which is nice. Starbucks across the street is convenient too.

First time at a different planet fitness and I WONT be returning to this one! The space was larger and there was a lot of machines that's the only reason I gave this review two stars, but I ended up only using one machine anyway.I am a black card member so with the black card I can bring a guest. I brought my friend, they required a picture to be taken which didn't happen at my home planet fitness. They also asked for her phone number, again his did not happen at the other one with my other friend I took. After our workout I went and looked in the black member area, one of the hydro machines was broken. So we were going to settle for the massage chair. I went to the front desk and was ignored for a minute while the two employees finished a quick chat. I asked for two coins for the massage chair. The girl employee asked if it was for myself and I said yes, she then proceeded to tell me that the chairs were only for the members and that they could only give me one coin. This is completely opposite at the planet fitness I go to as the last guest I brought we both used the massage chair and I tried the hydro massager and got an extra coin for my guest!The experience at this planet fitness was ridiculous and very disappointing.

Be smart it's 2016 Apply online on the comfort of your home, this place gets full of applicants. Allot of machines and good staff, my first day I was attended within seconds after signing up online.

First phone call to inquire about gym was not informative, helpful or even professional. Was NOT impressed and won't be choosing this Planet Fitness. Called to ask VERY basic questions and no one could answer questions about joining. Deciding between choosing 1 gym membership at 1 location or the black membership for all locations. I figured, maybe she is new and we will need to go down and check things out. I asked about trying the gym and she said there is a $20 fee for 24 hour membership and if you choose to join, it will go towards your membership fees. THAT may be management, but how can I choose your gym if I can't try it out first - especially with the new concept you are trying to promote with the Planet Fitness atmosphere?!?! Your location is much closer than any other, but we won't be setting up our membership here.

I never had such rud service in my life! I enjoy going to the gym but today was different from the other day I've gone. The front desk was been rud telling me they don't have child care, when I just wanted to work out with my brother. I know there no child care I always gone to the gym? The girl was give a lot of attitude.which never really happen when I goNot to sure who would hire such rud people.

If you like to lift weights and get into shape this isn't the place. There are hardly any weights and never enough to go around. Infact they don't believe in transformation or getting fit! If you like to lift heavy they will give you a hard time. There isn't even a bench press! Not to mention the staff let's thier friends have first dibs on all machines. I also don't like that you can't get any service for your account over the phone or other locations or email!!!

It is a nice gym. Values of privacy is honored, they have a locked changed room, curtained shower room and no nakedness!!! Awesome! Only problem is weight area is always crowded. They keep it clean and the patrons are also good, I never see anyone loitering. I do not give 5 stars because there is barely a space to walk from front desk area to the change room, full of equipment and people are exercising and you have to watch very carefully when you walk out/in.
