Go at your own risk. My car was broken into right on site and of course nobody saw or heard anything. AND when I cancelled because I didn't feel safe they charged me $58 cancellation fee.

Staff really needs to clean more often. Wiping down counters and windows in the locker rooms every hour minimum!!!! Please learn how to properly clean A GYM, THIS IS NOT YOUR HOUSE!! ONCE A DAY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! USE YOUR BRAINS!! THIS IS A GYM! YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE LOCKER ROOMS EVERY HOUR BY WIPING DOWN ALL COUNTERS, AND SWEEPING TRASH, RESTOCKI G IF NEEDED!! GET TO WORK. WE DONT NEED 2 OF YOU AT THE FRONT VERY OFTEN AT ALL!! FULL CLEANING, SWEEPING OF BATHROOMS AND LOCKERS IS MANDATORY SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH OUT THE DAY! Management please train your staff on how to properly clean so I don't have to contact corporate over and over and over again because I will.

The staff is really friendly and always recognizes me when I come in! Everything is clean and machines work great! I even appreciate the fresh flowers in the women's bathroom :)

The worst place you ever go to. The staff is incompetent and give me false information. I thought they are friendly and helpful for my first experience at the gym but i never received any help or service. I said I needed monthly membership, not annual. I only needed the gym for two months not a year. Yet it charged me monthly for two times and annual at the same time with no refund when cancel. This is the worst. They took the money, saying it is not their errors. They said I signed but I never got the documents. Screw it!

First day getting my membership here. Workout was good but the restrooms/locker rooms are a mess, shampoo dispensaries are empty (had to call the front desk while in the shower to let them know about this and they took their sweet time to over).Should of paid that extra money and stayed with 24 Hour Fitness.

I have always enjoyed this gym until now!!! They decide to have a promotion for kids 15 -18. They are free for the month!! All though I think it is great that they are promoting health, they need to walk around and teach these kids gym etiquette!!! The machines are for working out not to just sit on, You need to wipe your machine down when your done and this is NOT social hour. Come to work out not stand around and visit!!! I am paying to work out it is pretty annoying feeling like I’m in a high school gym! They have 0 respect!

I arrived at 7:00 a.m. on June 9th and waited outside with about 20 people. It was past 7:20 and half of the people left because NO body opened. No flyer/posting/announcement was displayed explaining the reason

Planet Fitness will introduce you to a new world a world where fitness becomes your planet! Coming here is easy but leaving is hard specially when your going hard on those free weights and bench press. This gym is not for everyone hence [muscle heads] because the equipment will be maxed out by your standards of heavy lifting. For fitness and training this place does the job, if you don't mine being amongst regular people, young or old, chubby or fit then this gym will be just fine. 3 stars because some of the equipment can use some tlc! 💪

Im giving them a star cause they close at 7 on weekends. I bet theres a lot of peoplr whod like to work out on the weekend evenings. This is just stupid!!!

I go here. Cut myself on a machine and went to get a band-aid but they didn't have any! Isn't that some kind of a health code violation?
