This is the worst, nastiest, beat down, broke down Planet Fitness I have ever been to. The machines are always dirty and smell bad. Stair master machines are always broken. Workers just hanging around instead of making themselves useful.I travel a lot for work and actually enjoy working out at any PF that’s around. I’m usually so impressed by the look, quality of machines and helpfulness of the staff. This location is literally a block from where I live which is the only reason I come here. This PF makes me feel embarrassed to say my gym is Planet Fitness. Whenever I tell people, it’s always in the hope that they don’t know this specific location. Sad....

I love the place because it's always clean and well maintained! The staff there are super and the atmosphere is alive and happy! What more could I ask for? Glad to have gone to this place where the staff really know how to treat their members!

I moved to Fountain Valley not to long ago and this location is closest to me. I've been here twice and YES all the reviews about rude employees and how dirty the gym is kept is very TRUE! And it smells bad! I'm going to give it one more chance now that they have opened again. .Maybe now because of the COVID-19 they will take cleaning and sanitizing more serious!! BTY..all the responses by the " Supposably owner"after you give a review , is not really the owner.Businesses have someone checking for reviews and respond depending on your revew! That is why you don't see any improvement after you have complained. The respond is there just to make themselves look like they care!!! If I don't see a change for the better I will cancel my membership and go with 24 hr.fitness .It may be a little more expensive but my health and wellbeing is worth it!!

I'm excited to share how much I love Planet Fitness. I opted for the Black Card (premium) membership which gives me access to any location, tanning beds and hydro massage beds. No annual contract required and they're open 24/7 at select locations. Clean and well maintained facilities, and lots of equipment so there's never a wait. Plans start at $10 a month.Best gym I've ever joined!!! 😃In response to the owner, I suggest you put out containers and encourage recycling... Part of the commitment to a greener Earth as stated on your hand dryers.

The smallest planet fitness I have experienced, however, the gym is very clean and busy. This place has high motivation energy to go in and get a workout done

Been there two weeks, staff are friendly, very clean, equipment is up to par, BUT I have one major complaint I know it's a no judgement but there has to be a rule about people on phones when they are working out. Its still a gym...handle it

This is the worst planet fitness of all planet fitness’s. Their staff is truly incompetent including the district manager, and tell you wrong information and then blame it on you and say there’s nothing they can do to help you. They will take your money and have no problem with it. Don’t go here and avoid it at all costs if you want a good experience. Literally go anywhere else.
