Hi I have been to three or four planets finishes in Orange County. I would totally recommend all of them clean customer service has been good overall great experience.

Almost back to normal. Masks are optional. Its a little crowded in the evenings but, usually not 2 bad.

Clean and friendly great COVID social distancing staff wear masks and sanitize constantly the equipment and other surfaces as well as hand sanitizer available to all people

I never felt so small. My husband and I struggle with several types of anxiety that make traveling and socializing difficult for us. Despite this, we have been making the effort to to keep active and have signed up for the black card at planet fitness. When you sign up, there is a waver you sign that says they are not responsible for any injuries that may occur. I can totally agree with that. If I drop a 50 lbs dumbbell on my foot, it is my own fault. With that said, I can't wear shoes. My husband and I are on the spectrum. We have both been unable to wear Shoes for the Majority of our adult life. We have been able to use socks and flip flop sandals with out triggering our sensory issues. from my own experience, I can not use conventional shoes for more than ten to twenty min without having a compleat meltdown triggered by sensory overload. I know my husband has similar issues.Today, while we were at the chest machines, we were interrupted and repromanded by one of the team members. Everyone around us stopped to stare at us. It was horrifying. We didn't want to explain our needs, disability, or any of that in front of other gym patrons. I tried to leeep it together until I left. once we left, I broke down. It is difficult to work around our issues, but to be put on the spot like that in front of everyone was traumatic. If I could think Straight at the moment, I know we would have cancleed our memberships then and there. With that, my husband and I will be going back to planet fitness tommorow. It will be just to cancel our memberships. A caution to others considering a membership here, staff does not care about making you feel small, dispite their slogan. staff does not care about individual special needs.
