I cancel my subscription by letter back in May, and they charge me for annual fees and for last month, i came to see why and they said they never receive my letter and in top of that i gonna get charge for one more mouth, i haven't use or come to the gym in 6+ mouths, i try to explain the situation, and the person that i was talking was upset and with really bad attitude, i guess after you decide to cancel your subscription the "Nice and friendly customer service" dosen't apply anymore. I can understand your gym policies ,but i can't understand bad and rude customer service.

Yurianna is such an amazing employee and she does not disappoint giving out customer service, as Im working I notice that she is always refilling the paper dispensors and hand sanatizers. She also does a great job greeting and saying goodbye to every customer. More types of employees like her will create a friendly and fun work out environment.

During the beginning of the pandemic, months ago, tried to cancel membership over the phone multiple times because the gym was physically closed. Was told my account was cancelled and I can sign a cancelation contract through email or come in when they open. They said they would not charge my account. No follow up email and guess what, the first month they reopen I was charged $40 renewal fee with a $10 monthly fee and an extra $10 in taxes? Went into the gym tried canceling again. Denied refund. Myself and I am sure all others were charged for half of the year when they were closed. I had to wait in line behind many customers canceling. I was there 1 hour waiting to cancel my account. I canceled anyway. Looked as if they weren't even abiding by laws set due to COVID. No social distancing, masks were half way off peoples faces and no cleaning. Was here for 2 years. Very dirty gym, not cleaned by staff. Staff is rude and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to 24 hour, at least staff is not rude and they clean there machines.

I recently got a gym membership ship to this location. No complains on the inside of the gym. Very clean and friendly staff. The bad experience I had while at planet fitness was my car window was smashed while I was inside working out. When I came out I walked back in hoping they can show me the security cameras to see who did it. They said to come back tomorrow to speak with manager. I came back the next day, the manager said he didn’t have access to them himself. So pretty much no help. What’s the point of having the cameras if there not going to be used when something like this happens outside there gym. I’m pretty sure if it was the managers car or a staff they would want to find out who damaged there property.

I started going there a few weeks ago, and I love it. The equipment is great. I love the free weights, the huge selection of innovative exercise machines, the showers are decent, plenty of locker room and storage space. I love the HydraMassage beds, and they have tanning booths, massage chairs that people love, and another booth for all over body stimulation; I haven't tried that one out yet. I love the 30 minute workout room. It has great machines that I use at the end of my workouts. And they have a great selection of cardio machines. I can't wait to work out with a trainer and do some classes. That should be pretty sweet 🧁

Nathalie, Yobana, Ivan, Diego, Nathan are ALL EXCELLENT employees. They all go above and beyond to assist members with a friendly attitude. They are really on top of keeping the club clean too which is really important and nice.Nathalie's willingness to answer my questions over the phone is what led to me becoming a member. No question was too big or small, and she kept asking if I had any additional questions. She is a wonderful ambassador for Planet Fitness. Ivan was very thorough and friendly when I came in to sign up the next day. Happy to be meeting my fitness goals in a safety, friendly environment.

Very friendly staffff. Like the place.clean restrooms.update,3/5/21. Unfortunately I come after 7pm, plaza is super dark. Please have more lighting.its scarry out there. Some one do something about the lighting for parking. I'll change the stars once fix.

This is the worst gym experience. Poor customer service. When I decided to cancel took 3 months to cancel. They still charged the following month. So since I requested to cancel they charged 4 months.
