oblivious employeesi stopped by here to workout and freshen up, got stuck waiting in the bathroom for 40 minutes bc despite me implying that i was trying to use the shower without blantnantly saying it (laying stuff out, heading towards the showers mulitple times to check and even sitting in the toilet for 20 minutes, TMI SORRY BUT How do you think i felt?) the male employee took his SWEET time. i was literally on my period bleeding through my pants and he couldn't have been any slower and obviously i don't feel comfortable just coming out and saying that to him. i understand the baghrooms have to be cleaned but men working here need to have some class on non verbal cues and feminine hygiene bc i felt disgusting as i sat around and waited for him.

This place is always clean with a super welcoming atmosphere. The staff are awesome, they are as friendly and helpful as they can be. All their members and guests are friendly, sociable and non-judgemental

From the looks of it very clean Staff, well trained and informative. Good crowd there not overly packed don't have to wait in lines for machines are exercise equipment. I wouldrecommend this to Everybody young and old, fat and skinny.

I have a black card and the place isn't busy, I asked for 20min on the massage bed and the guy says he cant do that, that I have to go back and ask him for it. On top of that the massage bed didnt work properly, the water got stuck by my ankles the whole 8 min because by the time I walked to the bed I only had 8 minutes left this place could do much better if they hired nice attentive people.

There's always plenty of machines and space to work out in. The staff are friendly. In the locker area where the restrooms are located, there are no paper towels to wipe down the constantly wet counters that are spilling onto the floor. They have air blowers to dry your hands, exclusively.The one thing that prevents me from ever giving them more stars is that the very large parking lot they have, which is shared with a dozen other businesses, doesn't have a single lamp that works at night. One might flicker. What could be more dangerous than walking into a very large, pitch black, parking lot alone?Update: June 10I appreciate your response, today. However, your gratefulness and positive vibe never addressed the truly dangerous and avoidable fear that I have for your members: The large pitch-black parking lot of the gym. People could be easily victimized right in the open, and no one would see it. Please, disregard this update, if this liability has been resolved within the last hour since your response.

Out of all the PF I’ve visited, this is the least clean, friendly, and most crowded. The staff is Not friendly. The place needs to be updated and Cleaned. The bathroom/locker room looks like an old high school gym. The tv’s have 2 channels that work and are outdated. I travel and chose PF because They had a lot of locations and the price was right. After seeing other locations in Indiana, Illinois, Texas and so on, the fountain Valley location is at the bottom of the barrel. It’s really packed with people most of the time. I don’t have a problem with that. People are courteous, more so than the staff who work there. The “black card room” is dirty and smells.

Good place to grab something for lunch or any time of the day and don't forget the coffee.

They CLOSE the restroom one hour and they discriminate to enter and a other person give them chance

There's always a cardio machine available. I love going between 11am to 3pm during the week, is always empty.💪 …

Everything was good except mold in the shower.Showers need complete cleaning and inspected again.
